SNOW: freeride/freestyle skiing game

I have basically a brand new laptop and playing the game is super slow. I barely have any files on my computer too. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

Mutliplayer is in its most basic form at the moment. The only way to join a lobby is by being invited/joining a friend through the Steam Overlay or by typing "Connect [IP ADDRESS]" into the console.

made some updates to the game today that should have fixed a few crashes. Have also added a few smaller features to Multiplayer.

and.. Achievements!

Ok when I said hardware I meant PC specs...Sorry I should have specified.

So tell me what you have for a CPU, how much RAM and Graphics card.

If your computer can run it yep. There is a bit of a learning curve but to me that was part of the fun. POV mode is also incredibly fun once you get good at it.

are controls ever going to be customizable? Bought my game literally the second it came out and still can't get used to these controls

I recommend avoiding the space bar and using the up and down arrows for loading and popping. Seems clunky at first but its actually way smoother than the space bar at the moment (once you get used to it that is). Although I have found the space bar is good in situations where you need to pop quick like on pillow lines.

If you want SNOW to be 50% off, then go here (http://store.steampowered.com/) and vote for us to be selected as the Community's Choice.

You have 7 hours to make it happen!

we NEED f**king session markers. They would literally be the best, cos even after a few months, it's still super hard to land the tricks you initially tried to do (like doing a gd looking ro5 takes a lot of time). it's just such a pain having to restart the run every time you get down to the end of the jump line when you're just trying to get better...and i'm not even talking about rails, sessionning them should definitely be an option.

Is this next on the list?

If not may I ask why not?

we neeedz it!! Other than that sick, still a bit of tweaking for the rotations but can't wait for multiplayer servers :)

Word.

Also since the last update I have been unable to play!! The game gets stuck on the poppermost productions screen, it's been quite tempermental for me the whole time, like 1/4 startups it would just crash. :(

Please fix this while you guys are doing session markers.

PS i already sent a couple emails to no avail :/

I'm still experiencing freezing and crashing around the park only. I've tried to enter it from tons of different angles. It's like there's a bubble around the zone that causes it to crash. Is anybody else experiencing this? Haven't been able to use the park since maybe the first month of release now.

im running a mac book pro 13" 4 gb of memory and ive just got bootcamp and my ive downloaded steam and bought snow, but when i try to open it, it says an error : unsupported video card detected! Continuing to run might lead to unexpected results or crashes'. then i clicked ok and then another window popped up saying 'faied to initialze the gamestartup interface. Anything I could do?

recently got a ps3 controller, how do you set it up o work with the game???? I played at a friend's with one and it felt muuuuch better than keyboard, but I can't figure out how to make it work. I'm using a usb cable (so not bluetooth).

Please help me!!!

Half the buttons don't seem to work, especially the arrows in the store (can't scroll past hats), I also can't seem to figure out how to get past the first 9 items when more are listed.

The buttons that do work only seem to only work when the cursor is above the buttons by an inch or so (this is for every button in the game) and the exit/ quit button text isn't showing up but works when clicked on.

I'm running on high everything at 1440x 1050.

Could you make a post about this on our forum so we can help you? Maybe you can provide some screenshots so we can understand better.

There might be issues with different resolutions, or perhaps it's a new bug :) We're here to help!

the pre loading spins and flips is so nice, but it would definitely help if the skier progressively tucked/rotated his body the longer you held it, or even if there was a simple bar to show how much "spin" was built up.
