shittt so how're the conditions up at the passs? they open next weekend right? i just got home from spring break in montana rippin it out there it was soooo nice all week, but im ready to get back to central. how is everything?

+1 for park crew and the groomers, it was really good early in the day. really good grooming job. the step up hit is now open but i didnt hit it. good job with the pipe to amazing. Im really impressed with the maintenece they had today with their rails and enforcing the park pass, once again a line was out side the shack.

*they are building a jump where the junkyard was, its suppose to be 60ft* it will only be hittable the last few days it open probably
 
I wish people would watch where they are backing up.

Some lady ran into my car, so now I get to deal with fixing it, and I won't be able to go up whenever I can until that is fixed.

But I have a ride up for tomorrow. Say hi if you see me.

haha, alpental doesnt do much for the park fix, but it was really sick last sunday....

i might be needing rides up this week, cause i am on break, but one of my parents is out of town so the other one has to stay with my siblings
 
dude. those jumps up there were sick. i dont know why but when i throw a 3 off some of the little jumps i land back seat and eat shit.. anyone know how i should approach the bigger ones thowin somethin?
 
try popping over your feet a bit more and keep your hands in front of you when you land. also the first big jump was (on saturday) helllllllllaaaaa lippy so it thru you backseat anyways
 
Sunday was fun, but speed was a bitch all day long, making the bottom step up and step up hip hard to hit to their full potential. Really annoying, but nothing that they could do about it.

Jibs are set up well.

I hope this weekend has better speed.
 
the end of the season has really come out of nowhere for me! i'll be up friday afternoon and suday. saturday will be spent at crystal. fuck these people! we have so much snow!!!!!! stay open later!
 
Has anyone hit that hip feature to skier's right of the halfpipe? That looks fucking crazy. I saw that for the first time today, been a while since I've ridden Central.
 
Park was looking good today, except for the abundance of old ladies and little kids snowplowing between jumps.
 
i must say. i haven't had my park pass checked once all season. granted, most days i was in the park was on thursdays... but still even on weekends. whats the point if they don't enforce it?
 
If that's the case, then why aren't they doing their job and enforcing the pass? I'm all for the park pass, just make the system work.
 
It's there so they don't get sued. It is working, people with park passes have a harder time suing after signing the waver and people without them can't sue at all.
 
Can you read?! The park pass IS a good idea, no argument there. They are NOT enforcing the pass, no one is at the top checking each rider for their park pass. That is the problem. Again today, tons of people in the park that should not be in there. On a side not, skiing in a t-shirt = fun times.
 
Hey, Saturday was an awesome session. It was a flying circus on that step up, and shout outs to Jamie, Eric, Ryan, lil' Jake, and Garrett for an awesome time and some ridiculous trains.

These kids are killing it, watch out for them in the future.
 
sean and i will be up sunday... unless the pass is closed... which it will be, because it always is whenever there is more than 3'' of snow.
 
i hiked wednesday and it was slowest snow ever this year (ungroomed) it felt like skiing rubber.

if your planning on skiing powder, have fun.

and park crew was awesome they used a cat and moved a box so we could sesh it and gave us free red bull. thanks guys!

they also built a big jump, on the run next to the jib yard but its not open to public, its for matchstick productions. its 65 ft plus i think

i am so so so so so so so so so so so so frustrated i probably wont be able to go this weekend =/
 
I can't wait to fuck some shit up tomorrow. If there is anything that is actually built and not open to the public, I'm gonna freak out. I hate when mountains do shit like that. It makes me want to scream and break stuff...But anyway, tomorrow should be fun.
