Snoqualmie 10-11

I've been recovering from an MCL injury for the past month, I can't wait to get back to Alpental, its dumping! Maybe see some of you up there this weekend

Is the park gonna be closed this weekend??? someone keen on some shredding with a random dude from Norway who don't know any jibbers in the aerea... I'm down pretty much everyday i can find a ride, yeaaaaaaaaah
 
ok i have skied everyday since friday

pros:

saturday it did not rain....until the day

there was a HUGE pond for skimming

no lines

no checking passes

Cons:

I had to make myself a garbage bag jacket

The rain would get you no matter what you did

 
went up today, and it was sooo shitty. Pouring down rain i was completely soaked, however the park is pretty nicely set up right now i really like the dancefloor gap
 
i dont know about anyone else, but saturday night figure skating was super nice (a joke referring to how icy it was)
 
forecasts are looking more and more depressing. Does anyone know if it's ever going to stop pissing rain up there?
 
on another note, my pvc summer setup slid better than the majority of the rails on sunday, resulting in much double ejecting and frustration with spins off
 
If it ever starts snowing, is anyone from the east side down to carpool? I am hoping to make weekend trips from walla walla and possibly camp in the parking lot or stay with someone in seattle or something, but I am pretty flexible in my plans.

what day next week are they going to announce that they "will be temporarily closing until there is more snow"?
 
well it looks like the freezing level is pretty low for a few days, but then going back up. so i'm going to say friday
 
Yeah man I was up yesterday and the park was great everything is the same from the weekend but at the top there is a 10 ft flat bar to the side and they replaced the green pole jam with a up flat bar and the tune line is now just a down tube to the green elevated tube to a small tube tap thing
