Every time someone posts in this thread on or near Tuesday it makes me think that there is a new game, then I find out it's an old one that was posted to youtube
 
Not sure how to interpret the silence and they just adding old games to YT. It's November, so I'm just curious what's happening. Last season they posted the first game just after the summer I think.

They've been dropping some high quality edits lateley, so bonus points for that!

Things I learned from this SLVSH match:

1.Colby needs to play henrik

2. Ahall is not a great ref

3. It was kind of hard to see with that lighting

4. Ahall is making a big push for cutest skier in the game right now (no homo)

Thought AHall was a decent ref, the call with the HD blunt was weird, I think he started the grab at toxic but moved his hand up, but cause of the shot it's hard to see.

Fr why don't they use that app to connect a GoPro to the phone so they don't gotta use that tiny screen

Yeah 100 % agree. I was watching it with a crew and everyone unanimously agreed it was BS. However, we didn't see it happen right in front of us and everyone has a different interpretation of what is legit. In retrospect I'm glad because I think it made the game go longer, although I guess trivia crack would have kicked in anyway. Very sick game though. Imo Kimbo sessions is the ideal park setup for SLVSH.

Also the first time I have seen a line call take up the entire bottom of the screen.

Possibly the first time a filmer has whiffed, too?
 
I couldn't understand the blunt call... but let's face it, I reckon every game in SLVSH history has at least one bad call from the ref. It's called subjectivity, maybe sometimes stupidity yes, but it's just part of the game

Funny how it always seems to be the sickest skiers that make the worst decisions though. (cough, woodsy)..just like in soccer the best players who eventually retire always make the worst managers after.
 
Now he hasn't even reached his final form and he's already one of the most tech skiers in the game right now, and his style is different from typical comp jock somehow.

Once you connect it it really isn't bad, and at least druing the cup when the calls they make have money on the line ya know?
 
Good trickery, but it sucks when the vibe isn’t there and you can tell that the skiers are not happy. Seems like Colby and even AHall have a chip on their shoulder every game they are in.

I’m sure they are both naturally competitive people as well. It seems as if you’re in the competition scene if you’d have to be to a degree.

yo why was a-hall standing literally with his fucking back to colby? i understand that pro skiers aren't often the most socially normed people but that's some serious body language. props to colby for being so chill about the blunt call. vibes were awesome between the competitors but a-hall just needs to calm down or something, he was the only one making it weird. really sick tricks tho and i'm glad slvsh is back, even if it's just an old one from the vault.

and yeah, get the gopro app. it's been around for like 5 years or sum lol
