Just saw them reply to someone on insta confirming that their stabilizer was broken. Apparently this is the last of the shaky episodes.
 
Nothing says "Let's keep doing this, it's totally worth all of the time and effort going into this" like a bunch of people complaining on the internet....
 
I really liked the vibe of this latest match up for some reason. WIth the campers or whoever those young dudes were, it made the match feel more like a small slice of how the atmosphere up there feels.... especially since I didn't recognize the two competitors, it felt like an informal deal that just happened to be filmed. That's way rad to me... the fact that the two competitors missed so many tricks underscores how fucking heavy earlier games have been, for sure, because those two were no slouches by any means.

Overall, SLVSH is probably exactly the kind of competition style that skiing can use without losing its cool/free/wild factor. The fact that its run by a gold medalist makes it that much sicker to me.
 
I really like the new slvsh video with Jonah, It just looked like a lot of fun. You guys have truly created something amazing for skiing.
 
I don't really understand how the dice game works, but I love it. Is it a free for all on how much money you put down and what feature you choose? Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed that.

yeah I think they were deciding how much money to throw down based on how much each person had left to keep the game going, and Jonah seemed to have free choice on the feature.

Is what I would say if I was a fucking pussy. That was one of my favourite slvsh vids to date. Shoutout to Keegan, that part had me.
 
Dice game was sick. Would be cool if a regular lapping keystone could chuck money down and win some money off a pro. That being said, I thought Jonah rode for salomon, why is he riding RMU's??? I'm so confused.

More to the point (cause he posted on his instagram that he's with RMU now and there was a thread about it), did SLVSH just leak that Jonah is on Jiberish now? I don't remember hearing about that. If so, that's dope.

All the signs point to it. He stopped tagging saga in all of his posts, was head to toe in jiberish and Matt Walker even made a reference to "that jiberish money".

Great game. That is also the hardest S rail I have ever hit. Its hard just to make it through.

I disagree. Rodeos are one of those tricks that everyone does a little different. If they were that nit picky with them it would be no fun.

except it's missing a few key points for it to be a rodeo. him not going inverted is a big one. rotating over his leading/forward shoulder is another. There's really nothing going for it to make it a rodeo.

That was def a misty 5 (at least that's exactly what mine look like). Thought the same thing, but in my opinion it doesn't really matter if it is close enough, it's all about fun right?
