Love how legitimately bad Tom felt after Dan wrecked on that backie

ya i mean he looked pretty embarrassed/bummed. but he did the same shit calling that hand drag on the can with siver. not really in the spirit of slvsh to win by calling tricks that you know the other guy is either too shook to try or hasn't ever tried before. or is that just what slvsh is becoming the more competitive it gets?

I've always loved the fact that slvsh games can force really good skiers to try stuff they've never tried before. I agree that calling these kinds of tricks the whole game is really lame, but having a few of those calls per game makes it more interesting and fun for both the skiers and the audience.

that's what i'm sayin. The last crash didn't look to bad from the camera angle, but it looked like Dan was limping trying to get back on his feet. I hope the backie crash didn't rattle him too bad.

Idk man his instagram stories have been like him in a hospital bed. Looked like he had some sorta knee/leg surgery

Is the final game dropping today?

Should be out by now, so it'll probably be out tomorrow I guess. Since it's the last game of the cup they may be putting it out on the normal time which is Tuesdays?!

Dude its a backflip.. the mechanics aren't exactly difficult to figure out. As a much harsher example, at Perisher ABM did dub 7 (might have been 9) blunt which Alex Hall had never done and Hall got worked trying it. You just aren't remembering correctly that this happens all the time.

Ending it on a call like that seems kind of whack, it seemed to me like his head definitely went off axis towards the landing

You're that kid who dips his head while spinning a 3 and claims he got corked aren't you.

you can literally put your head in your ass on a 7 and it still won't be considered off axis.

what really matters is how your feet and head are rotating around your centre of gravity. if he would've been able to get his skis horizontal with his head throughout the spin then it would have been called good.

it was a sick wobble though i'll give him that.

Edits would be so much shorter with out all the fist bumps.

I love the fist bumps and digital zooms and jokes that they choose to include. Calms the games down a bit and sets the right tone. I think slvsh is more than just skiing, it's awesome friendships as well.

I got a few right but thats pretty much the same boat I'm in.

dido. Picked a bunch of low games wrong, but picked johan and antti to the finals and had antti winning. Stoked on the slvsh cup this year, great work boys!

Just wanted to say thank you SLVSH for putting this on. Not that my opinion matters, but I've been into freeskiing for close to 9 years and I'd say this cup has got to be one of the coolest things to go on in the sport during that time. I've been like a little boy on Christmas checking SLVSH website every morning hoping for a new match.

Naw, I'm the old fuck who's been watching this sport for way too long that it's getting near impossible to differentiate between all these new rotations.
