Shittiest States

ive lived in jersey my entire 24 years of existence and i have NEVER tipped someone for pumping my gas......its their job, and well the jets and giants are actually new jersey teams i dont care what people say, and also the devils are a professional team as well, we a mountain to ski at as shitty as it may be, we have beaches, and no not the shitty seaside like many of you people have seen on mtv, and we i live i within 20 minutes of NYC, great night life, i cannot see myself living where i am not on the coast.
 
my buddy pumped gas for a few months in NJ. He would usually come home with 9-10 bucks from tips a day. You would be surprised how stoked those guys get for a dollar...
 
Hey now there are parts that aren't too bad and I think those parts make idaho slightly better than some other states. Check out northern idaho or should i say east eastern washington.
 
This 100%. It sucks New York is so beautiful and has so much to offer but is shit on by the people who run it. I feel bad for people who live upstate and are subject to the bullshit rules LI and NYC want.

Have you ever been to Oklahoma? I'm from OK and if you live in the Tulsa area or the OKC area there's plenty to do if you like to party. And the lakes are a blast in the summer.

Ive been to OKlahoma. Your going to have a hard time convincing me its not bottom 10. Its next to Nebraska as the worst state west of the mississippi.

Especially with your despicable weed laws and the extreme right wing meatheads everywhere.
 
1. Mississippi: Cool culture here and there, but for the most part, an incredibly impoverished, and sociopolitically very backwards. Still fighting the civil war. Old white guys call you 'boy'

2. Florida: The entire state was practically built on drug money during the 80's (which is sorta awesome, but tells you something wrong is happening) The place is ridiculous when it comes to political corruption. Lots of old people in banana hammocks. Terribly destructive weather. Ace Ventura's cool tho.

3. Nebraska: Corn. Everything that ever goes wrong in Oregon Trail ALWAYS starts here. Corn syrup. Tornados. Cornstalks. Cornhuskers. Cornmeal. 410 miles of I80 that are actually worse than the 410 miles of i80 that Nevada is. Cornbread. Corn Flakes. Children of the Corn. People still travel in wagons, and aren't even Amish. Crop circles. Corny jokes.
 
The Gary part of Indiana is sketchy... It just gives you a weird feeling when you go there but it's also kinda cool because its all industry and there's some history there
 
Mississippi. I have family down there and there is pretty much nothing, except for fire ants.

They have lots of those lil' fuckers.
 
i can understand 100% percent why people rip on New Jersey and Florida, but growing up and living in NJ for 20 years and now going to school and living in FL, both states are fucking sick, ignore the bad and find the good
 
hey fuck you man. the neighborhood/area that i grew up in is so perfect, i couldnt ask for anything better. downtown can be a hell hole depending on where you go, but literally no other part of Maryland is anything like that, where heroine addicts and crime prevails

The extent of the nothingness is unparalled in any other state or region of the world. Its absoluty THE worst. No real lakes, flat as far as the eye can see, negligible plant life, questionable culture, and devastating tornados.

The only benefit ive reaped from my time in Oklahoma is that literally EVERY OTHER PLACE is a veritable paradise.
 
living in maine and massachusettes sucked. sugarloaf was good for the east, but that was the one and only thing that place had going for its self. western mass...dont even get me started. my us permanent residence is expired, couldnt care less, i dont see my self living there again.
 
Most bizarre and isolated ski culture in the United States, you just have to witness it. Skiing is as shitty as you'd expect but that area of the state is really very cool
 
Maine sucks a ton. only good for skiing and food. Other than that is is just a ton of rednecks and woods
 
Anywhere in the south. Their wanton consumption of animal products and closed minded attitudes places them lower on my list.
 
Florida. It's like the senior home of the United States where old people go to die. Also, I got stung by a man-'o-war or however it's spelled, there.
 
Pretty much anywhere that is 80%+ corn fields, i.e. Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio etc.. And lets throw kansas in the mix too, nothing but meth heads and cattle farmers there.
