I've skiied everyday for umm I think 8 days and tomorrow will be my 9th but I'm considering not going because i have shin bang and its soo bad at the end of today i felt like throwing up because of the pain, and ive been icing it for awhile but i was woundering if i invested into some good boots would that prevent it, I dought i'l be skiing this much again for awhile but i was woundering what would help prevent it in the future...?

rub along your shin bone and feel all the bumbs. you have to break those up to stop shin bang. it fucking hurts alot but it will help a great deal. take your ski pole and rub it along your shin going down. do it really hard it will hurt somemthing god awful but it will make you better or else get banged in the ass and stop crying

you there get down on this throbbing pole of hot man chickken

yea pain killers and icing it within 10 minutes of taking off ur boots, and not landing in the backseat, just try to stomp everything
