I coach and teach five days a week and my legs get brutalized.  I even have been riding the ace of spades boot from nordica, it has a gel toe pad and vibram backing plates and soles, but these boots hurt more than my old teneighties.  Gathering from everyones input, I need to shave my shins, tape my legs, get some superfeet, wear and extra pair of socks maybe and put mouse pads in my liner.  Oh and medicate.
