Saga Cookbook 2013-2014

Like I said. Some discounts benefit others more. In years past we have done 60% off sales. People that ordered stuff before hand could just return their stuff and then re order. The purpose of pre orders isn't to get a discount. It's to get the gear they want before it sells out. We only make a limited amount of our products so buying it earlier benefits you. And for those who buy early we want to hook them up.

my brother ordered a PUFF VEST & POLY COMBO (SCOUT MASTER WARD), and got it in small. he says he ordered a medium, (i think i just messed up and got a small). he wants to return it for a medium or a large. is the best thing to do to go to that link and fill out a ticket?

entered a help ticket 4 days ago and a full two days ago i have not got anything back... i understand your busy as fuck but it would just like to know something very important.

quick question i just want to know what number your order was so i can kinda see where mine is at, i cant track it since i dont have access to my email on my account anymore and saga isnt responding to my help ticket. thanks

Chances are your order was printed out but then one or more of your items wasn't in stock when it came time to package it. We apologize for the inconvenience if this is the case. We will get everyones orders out.

Would a 2XL Riding triple stack TSHIRT be huge for me? Im 5ft 7" - for reference how tall is steve stepp and what size riding tee does he wear? 3XL?

Hey Saga,

Got my Pre-order, part of the the order was a Monarch pant size large, AWESOME. Unfortunately its a little too small, so I just wanted to confirm to return the pants for a refund, to then exchange them for the next size up, should I ship to the address listed on your website, copied below:

2904 S West Temple

Salt Lake City,

Utah, 84115

?

Thanks Saga!

Yeah, I just sent something back today for an exchange too, thought it was odd that your street doesnt have a street/drive/ave designation.

thinking about getting the coaches jacket.... for the sizing chart across the chest. Is the measurment from the seam or just across the body? And for the length, is the length true length? Like will the xxl look like a dress on me? i'm 5'9" -5'10" btw.

The chest measurement is if you laid the item down on a table flat and measure across the chest. And yes it is big. I would suggest getting a large. Unless of course want some huge coat style.

Considering monarch suit but can't find where to buy in euro. blacksheepsports got the jacket i want but only the black pants

last question.. Is there some sort of huge graphic or any sort of graphic on the back of the jacket? Or is it just plain.

Does it look tall no matter what size you get! Like would I be able wear it as casual wear? Sorry for all the questions.. I just don't want to spend that much money to not like it.

I'm thinking about buying one too, I'm in the same situation but I'm just hoping the XXL would be tall enough for me at 6'3" 190.

I think if you got a large then you could layer a hoodie under it for skiing bit you could still wear it off hill.

The one's we have in stock are plain on the back. No print. But we are planning to come out with some this winter with graphics and prints on them if thats your thing.

So XL then? I have a L trippy mane and that is only 2 cm shorter than XL riding tee and its not that huge? I wanna wear the riding tee over my old hoodie and under my trippy mane so its longer than the hoodie?

I have the same dilemma. My email said it was supposed to get to my house last week but I called ups and they said they hadn't even gotten the package yet, just a shipping label was created. Just want my stuff haha

how do i change my email for saga account/ i no longer have access to the one currently on it.

That's tough. I'm gonna go with coaches jacket though just because I feel a lot of work went into that piece and a flannel can always be bought cheap elsewhere

ya i did that and you havnt responded for a week and a bit, all good though, ill just keep waiting

Between the other emails and trying to work through all the orders this time of the year it can take a little while.

well just dont set unrealistic expectations and tell people it'll take a few days to get through everything between the week of the 14th and 18th of october. i'd rather have someone be straight up with me and say "we'll be a month behind, sorry mate. have a PILE OF STICKERS and keep on rockin in the free world" than have to guess or wonder when shit's going to get rolling.

just like im sure if you called a cab to get downtown and he said he'd be 15 minutes and an hour later you're waiting and he's saying "well sorry it can take a while this time of night" you'd be less than stoked...

late is one thing. late and not notified or told of any future plan is another.

It's not unrealistic. We sent out the large majority of pre orders between the 14th and 18th. There were some people who ordered items like hats and gloves that aren't at our warehouse yet and that is why their orders haven't been shipped out yet. We do everything we can to accommodate our fans and hook them up. There are always going to be unforeseen scenarios that arise. All we can do is be as transparent as possible and let you know why things are happening and what we are doing to rectify them.

and what are you doing to rectify them? any estimations on when pre-orders will be completed?

it's hardly an unforeseen scenario when it's the same thing year after year.

forgive me for being short, but i just don't understand what kind of planning goes into this kind of stuff. if i knew something was going to take a while, i'd probably start a month early. not be all highschool "do your project the night before and when it isn't finished try to make excuses on how you don't have enough time".

i was just hoping to order a few other things after i get the first batch that i've pre-ordered to check fits, styles, that kind of stuff. but if i'm not going to get my pre-order to start the season, why would i order more knowing that delays will be a part of the process. may as well just take my business elsewhere so that i can get a full season out of the gear, which is a little disappointing because i really like the saga line-up.

hopefully you guys can step things up, as i know how stoked people get (including myself) on starting a fresh season with the new gear they've purchased.

They cant exactly start shipping orders until they have everything from the manufacturer. If they shipped your pre-order a month before they got it, I am pretty sure you would be unhappy with a box with stickers and a free belt in it when you were suppose to get a jacket. When your talking about pre-ordering clothes there are alot of factors. Not to mention that they said they will be shipping in October from the start, so they technically still have 3 more days to get your shit out the door.

Thank you.

We could very easily just tell everyone we won't be shipping pre orders until November or December or something and then everything would definitely get to everyone on or ahead of schedule. But we feel that its better to get the products into our customers hands as soon as humanly possible. This of course does mean that some people will have to wait a little longer than others but in general we feel that majority of our fans appreciate getting their gear as soon as they can. It's a little bit of a gamble every year with pre order shipping but its a risk we're willing to take.
