Yo I would watch it with personal info

not really personal.. it's the email connected with Revision. was contacted by it when I asked a question through the contact email. I will keep it to myself tho

iv been trying to contact them for info on returning my skis (where to send my skis and how to make sure I actually get my refund in a timely manner) and no reply in almost 2 weeks/3 emails. Their website says you can return orders for a refund up until 2 weeks after receiving product. And of course they aren't replying within that 2 week window..

Yeah I feel you, had the same problem. I'd get the refund with the bank, explain the situation and wait for Rev to make the next move.

Yeah whatever if it's not personal go for it. This guy kind of deserves what ever he gets to be honest my skis are now going to be 2 months later than when I was supposed to get them.

Kinda agree with this. Personal information shouldn't be used to harass or be rude but I don't see the harm in using it as a strong line of communication because others aren't working. It is as proffessional as you can be after a company completely failed to be professional with their customers

And its not even personal information. He said its the guys revision email.

i have ordered my talismans and a longsleeve at blind2 back in september. i have said they should ship everything together because i'd have to be less import duties. back in january i've said that they should ship the longsleeve. since then they dont respond to any of my emails. before that they did. i wouldn't mind if they just write me back saying that they already sold the longsleeve but not hearing anything is just shit. i know they aren't responsible for the revision issue but even they don't respond

is anyone affiliated with the blind2 shop? i dont want to contact them through their official email address.

I regret to say I'm glad I'm not the only one without skis, without replies to my emails and without a lot of praise for revision.

I've genuinely never dealt with such shit customer service so was pretty stuck here.

I'm pretty patient and have plenty of other skis to use for the meantime but I don't want skis 6 months later - can't believe I'm even saying this, what a fuck up!

Going to call my bank tomorrow, hopefully can get a reverse on the payment.

Luckily there's another guy in the resort I'm at in Switzerland with the same problem and the general opinion in the town is fuck revision!

I hope they never sell another pair of skis, they don't deserve our money

Revision's customers are the most important part of this, but I am also curious how this has affected the riders on their team.

How did these dudes get their skis for the season if it took months into the season for the skis to be made? Also, are these dudes getting their skis replaced by the company if they break them during the season? Like when Zhaner doesn't land that fucked 3 swap transfer front 2 and snaps his ski in half, is he now looking for hammy down skis somewhere in Summit... or has Revision always had some of the skis made and set aside for these dudes? How does all of that work?

I believe I read somewhere revision has a small operation for prototypes/pre-production in the U.S. Probably where all the black bunch topsheet skis the team has been on are made.

Got one of the two pairs I ordered after repeatedly telling them not to send them to me and give me my money back.

Chances I can return them and get my money? I think very slim, thoughts? I bet they don't reply...

You can contact Bill directly at bill@revisionskis.com. if this post gets deleted, then that's bullshit. it's his email connected with Revision. it's not a private email, therefore I'm not giving away any personal information. as much as this dude deserves hate, please try to be professional. he probably won't respond anyways. good luck and I hope this doesn't get deleted

they just responded. apparently they also don't have contact with revision. a shipment from revision has arrived in italy tho and they could start delivering skis in about a week. it's very weird that even their partner shop has almost no information regarding this mess

Yep. I know someone on their team(probably won't be anymore) that just got the skis they ordered during the presale. What a messed up situation.

I feel as if the initial wave of people receiving their skis has somewhat dried up. I haven't heard/ read of anyone receiving their skis, in say, the last week.

Personally I have heard absolutely nothing since receiving the 'your order is complete' email on the 23rd of February. I emails Revision last Monday and haven't received anything back.

Has anyone had success getting in contract/ receiving a tracking number/ actually receiving their skis since the (from what i have seen) 'batch' email of 'your order is complete'?

I haven't. got the same email on the same day. sent a few emails and no word back

It's pretty painful huh. I reckon they just sent out an email blast on that day saying that orders were complete, in the hopes of shutting a few up. Definitely had the opposite effect though....

Would be interesting to see if Revision owners (and employees ***if there are any) are out on the mountain riding this winter on their skis.

I showed my bank the e-mails abs the lack of response and that 12 days ago they said order complete but never gave a tracking number or anything and i never recieved them. I got refunded instantly. And if the skis come in im going to refuse them and they will be shipped back to sender. But i feel like they havent shipped out yet anyway.

Anyone else trying to get a refund, I would go about it this way now. My bank told me they were going to give revision some time and see if the skis ever showed up after the order complete email. Mine did a week later so no refund, but 2-4 weeks after the order complete and no skis should be grounds for a bank refund.

same here, order is "completed" but no tracking number

Iv also noticed that it does not say "revision skis" anywhere on the box my skis came in. The only info is from Tiger logistics in Aurora, CO that they used to ship the skis. They cutting all ties to my purchase after ignoring my request for a return or $100 coupon?
