Resort Baby Names

same as my user name - Balkman. I'm 24-- wasn't planning on having kids this soon, but apparently we fell under that .02% that gets pregnant on birth control. but now we're excited

Got to worn you though. Ass and Assy are my nicknames. It's a long story from tennis season, but I'm just going to throw that out there.
 
do any of the mountains have special meaning to you and your wife? i mean beyond just skiing. like if you took a really memorable trip somewhere or if you met on a mountain or something like that. just a thought.
 
Good point-- we decided if we like one of the names, but haven't been to the resort-- we'll have to make a trip out there before the kid is born, so it has a little more meaning. Brighton, Crystal, Aspen, & Jackson-- we've both skied at all of those resorts quite a bit.. but the others-- never been to.

i think aspen is preety nice for a girl and brighton is ill as fuck. but umm Wisp. yeah wisp waddup. nahh playing. but mm keystone. his nickname can be beer
 
Whenever I think of a girl named Aspen a porn star pops into my mind. Just seems a little trashy. Same thing with Sierra just not as bad. I also know a girl named Sierra that I really don't like so I'm a tad biased.

Brighton is sick for a boy tho.
 
i'm not trying to hate on the name aspen, but my dad wanted to name my little sister that until my mom said how "great" of a nickname for a girl ASS SPIN would be for a girl in high school.

that's why they didnt name her that. I didnt think it was a big deal, everybody has shitty nicknames in their life, but it was enough to dissuade them.

Don't get me wrong I love my name, but that was the story of my life. I mean it was just a joke between my whole tennis team, but it got old after a while.
