RECOVERY

definitely. keep your hammys as strong as you can. if you have good form (ie, you dont fuck your back up), russian deadlifts are great for developing hammy flexibility and strength. obviously hamstring curls are good too.
I started in the gym 2 days after my surgery, just doing bike and stretching. the most important thing is to just be perseverant about the whole process, don't get to a certain point and back off because you think you're there; you aren't.
this is my second ACL reconstruction, i got surgery on feb 14th. the best advice i can give anyone is find something else to do. i picked up piano and biking. and a shit load of pullups. and everyone know battlefield is way better than call of duty.

I have a have an strong back, but I fractured my L4 vertebrae in two places a few years back and I get some pain occasionally so I'll have to see about those deadlifts. But yeah, I suppose anything to do with working out my hamstrings and leg curls/extensions would be good. My season is basically over now, so I'm working on getting prepared for next season and keeping myself strong and in shape. As soon as it stops raining I think I'll go out for a run actually.

Thanks!
