definitely. keep your hammys as strong as you can. if you have good form (ie, you dont fuck your back up), russian deadlifts are great for developing hammy flexibility and strength. obviously hamstring curls are good too.
I started in the gym 2 days after my surgery, just doing bike and stretching. the most important thing is to just be perseverant about the whole process, don't get to a certain point and back off because you think you're there; you aren't.
this is my second ACL reconstruction, i got surgery on feb 14th. the best advice i can give anyone is find something else to do. i picked up piano and biking. and a shit load of pullups. and everyone know battlefield is way better than call of duty.
