Might be early but ....

September 24th - Avon Day, Connecticut

October 8th - Suburban Sports, Connecticut

October 29th - Ski Sundown, Connecticut

November 12th - Colorado Ski SHop, Mass

November 26th - Simsbury Celebrates, Connecticut

I'll work with Outdoor Sports for another (although they're pretty good and may do it on their own which is fine) but don't have a date yet

put 'em up. Where else are the fall sessions this year?

It'll be at Sundown. Kind of a throw back to the movie nights we used to do. Burgers, music and snow.

Any input at this stage of the game is welcome.

i will be there

theres the wachusett jam which kinda sucks cause its crazy busy and not that much snow but its on columbus day weekend. its worth going to though because theres a ski swap sale where people sell their old gear and you can get really good deals

So Sir Fluffy, seeing as avon day will be the first time everyone is skiing this year, how about something easy like a flat box, nothing crazy like the 2" wide flatbar lol

2" wide flat bar isn't as gnarly as some of the stuff at my local first rail jam, they had like a downflat down rainbow urban on rail last year.

Anyhows December 8th, rail jam at Ski Depot in Jay ME, could get moved though

DUE TO DAMAGE FROM THE HURRICANE, WHALEBACK RAIL JAM SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEKEND HAS BEEN MOVED TILL OCTOBER 15! sorry for an inconvenience hope to see you all then!

hopefully we dont get rained out this weekend.

two drop in ramps. skinny rail, a few stalls, low flat rail, up down box .... and hot rain.

Avon Day, Saturday, 12pm Free. Bring helmet

requests were for the short flat bar from Tom's and the up down box..... any one else feel different?

he was just listing the ones he does. Also the fattys jam which was pretty legit last year except having to pay soo much money..

Im sorry, but I don't understand people with that mentality... My helmet has saved me from what could have been multiple bad injuries. Somehow people think that not wearing a helmet is cool, do what you want but I just don't understand it.

two words: insurance companies

In order to run these events, the person running it needs to have proof of insurance for the event, in order to get that most companies will require all participants to wear a helmet, sometimes the event can get away without that requirement, but most times they can't. No one is trying to cramp your style, it's just the way it is.

well thats probably one of the dumbest reasons not to attend a rail jam. "Why didn't you go to the rail jam this weekend?" "Ahh they said I had to wear a helmet so I said fuck it". Come on, you're older than 12.

For the Sundown session on the 29th...

I'm planning on the 40 foot DFD, the lift tower tube thing, and a 16 foot double barrel made out of snow making pipe that will be 4 inches off the ground. so tell your not so adventerous friends there's gonna be something for them and they should come....

no scaffold drop in, very little of my nerd-talk.

I've got gift cards from various shops left over from last season that we'll put in a box. if you land your trick you can have one.

We'll be selling burgers on the deck.

it's wierd the first few times.... but we try to have fun down here. Driving south to ski never made sense to us either.
