well it's been 3 days without a cigarette and i've been told the worst has past. can anyone confirm this for me?

Ive only smoked 2 cigarettes in my life so i cant say. But hey man keep it up, remember tobacco can do nothing for you but rob your wallet and well...kill you. Good luck and i hope you can quit for good. if only i could get my sister to.

no takin up cigars isn't as bad because you don't inhale a cigar. i think it helps with the psychological addiction! maybe i'll smoke more shisha from now on! fruit flavoured tobacco without any additives to make it addictive!

i've gone two days without a smoke and was fine just a little while ago - but than i cracked and bought a pack... (wasn't quitting, just testing my will) I'm seriously concidering quitting soon... this shit's too expensive, and it's making me fell like a bum (I was a ski bum for the winter and ran out of money for smokes late feb. had to go a month without buying my own - i felt horrible bumming off people).

My grandad started smoking when he was 7, and he quit two years ago after smoking for 62 years. He used tablets called Ziban (I'm not sure of the spelling) and they really worked, so if any one can do it he can! Its so nice to be around him now without all the smoke.

other than a cuban every month or so and shisha tabacco is gay. shisha has .05% nicotine content and cubans are natural tobacco with about .1% nicotine content. but to end it bud is great and budwiser(sp?) is gay.

god damn psychological addiction!!!!! i stopped going through withdrawl symptoms like shaking, explosive poop and sweats. now im just dealin with the feeling like im gonna kill someone for a smoke!

no my friend. i don't owe it to myself! i've tried to quit before and though 'oh one can't hurt' well one turned into two, two turned into three, and so on! so all im smokin now is the hookah and the occasional bud!

well think about it this way dumbass! i smoke the chron about once every 2 weeks! i smoke shisha about three times a week, i usually split a bowl with 2 other people.

now i used to go through almost a pack of smokes per day! the way i see it, the bud and shisha ain't doin shit to me compared to what those fucking butts were doin to me!

yea, i have cancer. fuckin get over bud man.....cigs are so much worse, shit everyone who first smokes a cig is like 'why the fuck would you smoke this shit'. i remember my first cig, i was definately trying to be cool man. it was rad we all had em stored in our loakcers in middle school. and it was never a pack, always single cigarettes haha. god i was a fag. none the less........fuck cigs, however if everyone around you smokes consistant....just smoke, don't put yourself through the pain, besides you're gonna take second hand anyway. i smoke cigs at my bar job to get breaks and shit, convienient

i started to be cool. fuck i admit it! it's not hurtin me too bad anymore. i can turn down smokes right now anytime! i go hang out at my buddies place and they smoke all the time inside and it hurt for about 3 days and now im fine! my biggest challenge will be driving home from ottawa. 5 hours of monotonous driving. i'll probably get a pack and ration out like 5 for the entire trip

I vowed never to even take one drag off of a cigarette and i have kept that up. I still do lots of bud though, and i've done chronic a couple times. as long as i don't do cigarettes or heroin, i'm fine for now.
