75% and 15% doesn't add up to 100%...hmmmm...
Anyways, that doesn't really matter, because it doesn't change the fact that you do a lot of rails. The invaders/anthems would be good. They have these special thick edges for reinforcement, and they're flexxxayyyy! I find myself recommending these alot. They'll hold up on jumps but won't be great because they're soft, but you don't jump much so no worries.
As for bindings, I've fallen in love with Look P12s. They aren't made anymore, but your local shop might have them or you may be able to find them on here. They have a pivot heel, which is nice, and the DIN is high enough to stay in but you're not paying for extra, unneeded power...
If you can't find P12s, maybe look for Rossignol Axial 2 120s or PX12s. Both are solid bindings as well. Don't be fooled when someone says PX12 jib. All it is is a little soft plate under the binding that is supposed to help cushion your landings. I personally think its stupid: thats what knees are for.
For boots, buy something that fits well. Read lyndon's thread that's stickied in here, and then go to your shop/bootfitter and try some stuff on. You should be okay because you're not doing much jumping, which decreases the likelyhood of shinbang, but they should fit well nonetheless.
Good luck finding your gear man, I hope that helped you out
