Theses arent mine, i got em from an article but still. Questions id like to ask

Suppose your 14-year-old daughter Willow is brutally raped in her bedroom by an intruder. She becomes pregnant and wants an abortion. Could you tell the parents of America why you think your child and their children should be forced by law to have their rapists' babies?

§ You say you don't believe global warming is man-made. Could you tell us what scientists you've spoken with or read who have led you to that conclusion? What do you think the 2,500 scientists of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are getting wrong?

§ If you didn't try to fire Wasilla librarian Mary Ellen Baker over her refusal to consider censoring books, why did you try to fire her?

§ What is the European Union, and how does it function?
Forty-seven million Americans lack health insurance. John Goodman, who has advised McCain on healthcare, has proposed redefining them as covered because, he says, anyone can get care at an ER. Do you agree with him?

§ What is the function of the Federal Reserve?

§ Cindy and John McCain say you have experience in foreign affairs because Alaska is next to Russia. When did you last speak with Prime Minister Putin, and what did you talk about?

§ Approximately how old is the earth? Five thousand years? 10,000? 5 billion?

§ You are a big fan of President Bush, so why didn't you mention him even once in your convention speech?

§ McCain says cutting earmarks and waste will make up for revenues lost by making the tax cuts permanent. Experts say that won't wash. Balancing the Bush tax cuts plus new ones proposed by McCain would most likely mean cutting Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security. Which would you cut?

§ You're suing the federal government to have polar bears removed from the endangered species list, even as Alaska's northern coastal ice is melting and falling into the sea. Can you explain the science behind your decision?

§ You've suggested that God approves of the Iraq War and the Alaska pipeline. How do you know?

i would really like to ask her the rape/abortion question, i mean i am totally against abortion if it was just from being irresponsible, but you dont have a choice to have a child when someone is raping you. also scary about the war in iraq stuff, if mccain gets elected its never gonna end

Should us as Alaskans vote for Senator (R) Ted Stevens who is under investigation by the federal gov't for 7 felonies (bribery) or should we vote for (D) Mark Begich?

questions i would like to ask Obama, and biden...

Mr obama, what have you actually "changed" and how do i know you will follow through with HALF of the BS you spew...

Mr obama, did you know that 40million americans pay no income tax? why do they need an icome tax cut?

why the shift on the iraq war?

why the shift on drilling?

what about the whole "sex ed" for kinder garden?

when will you be happy with the amount of taxes the "rich" pay?

what are your plans about the bail outs on wallstreet?

and what about YOU being the second largest recipient of money from fanny may?

The first question could be asked equally to either candidate.

How do you cut someone that pays nothing? but weve had the tax argument a hundred times, you know where i stand on this.

Im not gonna lie. Id like to ask the same on the iraq war, i dont like it either.

Because he realized that we need something to tide us over.

The sex ed for kindergarten was political propaganda. He wants to teach kindergartners the basics of avoiding sexual offenders, not how its done, The word "comprehensive" in his program referred to the fact that it covered all grades, not that he would teach kindergartners how to fuck.

When were bailed out of this disaster.

Regulate them just enough that we never get into this situation in the first place.

And last, yep, im sure mccain has never gotten large sums of money from ANYONE.

begich seemed legit as mayor of anchorage, so id vote for him.. during his election he seemed to be the most honest out of the other candidates

Yeah I don't know much about him but it would put her in the situation of say "Vote for corruption" or "Vote democratic"... respectively speaking. or atleast more obviously than in the past.

The fact that the republican response to any criticism or question involving Sarah Palin is to change the subject to Obama is pretty disturbing. Is she such a weak link that you can't defend her? And if so, doesn't it bother you how easy it would be for her to become president?

Personally, I'd like to ask her if even SHE thinks she's qualified to run the country. And in this fantasy world where I get to ask her questions, she's not allowed to lie.

hahahahaha cuz i was gonna say. they basically asked her that in her interview on nightline or whatever it was. but we got a typical response.

um didnt you watch the "charlie" interview?

they asked her all about "if she is qualified"

o and you see the same thing someone lays it on obama, and they change the subject to palin....

I never see people change the subject, they just defend Obama, ie, "You're wrong because", not "Well Sarah Palin _____". Secondly, I don't care who's asked her that, because I'm still not sure she's not lying (regardless of what she thinks she'll answer the same way). I would like to know, just as a matter of curiosity, if, deep down, she actually believes she could do a passable job as president.

haha I get a kick out of that every time..

look at your post count btw.. thought it was cool.

well she's been picked for VP and she admittedly doesn't know what they are supposed to do, i'm going to assume that she has no idea what a president does either.

haha what a dumb bitch. How do you not know what a vice president does when you are in her position.

The fact that the democratic response to any criticism or question involving Barak Obama is to change the subject to Palin is pretty disturbing. Is he such a weak link that you can't defend him? And if so, doesn't it bother you how easy it would be for him to become president?

Personally, I'd like to ask him if even HE thinks he's qualified to run the country. And in this fantasy world where I get to ask him questions, he's not allowed to lie.

well that was before she was nominated as vp. and i honestly dont see that as being that bad that she was honest and said she wasnt exactly sure what vp does, why would someone in her position have great knowledge of what the vp does? what does the vp do? i can guarantee that many governors can not tell you the exact tasks of the job, but she said shes hard working and reliable, and im confident that she'll be able to step up to the plate with no problem.

that's because you're an alien bent on world domination, and it would be nice if somebody fucked up the United States for you, before you started taking over.

I didn't know that it was from before she was nominated. And yes I can understand why a governor wouldn't know what a vp did.

I don't know when that video was from but she and her family knew that she was the VP candidate for quite some time before the public. There had been talk about her being the candidate for almost a year now so you think she would have looked into what she may be considering in the coming future..

of course she has a clue but i think that shows a lot about her character that until she knew the exact tasks she would be in charge of as vice president, she did not say she could handle it. once she found out what would be her duties, she says she can handle. not sure what the big deal is.

JD havent you EVER watched american TV? that is all they do, they dodge questions about Obama, and go "what about Governor palin, this what about palin that"

well com'on dude look at the friggen site it only slightly screams CONSERVATIVE. anything can be manipulated shit i'm not saying that wat the site is saying is wrong but jeez ur gonna go with that shit just cuase it betters her name?

i dont think he meant it that way bro...what he meant is John Mc. is already 70 y.o. so he could have a heart attack or something along those lines and Palin would become President (ugh) Obama has actually been elected to run by the people...Palin was just JM mothafuckin choice the dumb idiocentrical bastard...he's just trying to get the votes of women who want a women in the White House or H. Clinton supporters to switch over...shits whack...she really has no credentials

yeah, you yourself just said "i'm not saying that wat the site is saying is wrong". so even if it is on a conservative site, its still the truth

Want to know what pisses me off the most about Palin? It's not the incompetency, crazy ideas or any of the other easy reasons to hate her. It's the investigation over her allegedly firing the Alaskan public safety commissioner for not firing a trooper who is in a child custody suit with her sister. She has said that she has a personal grudge against the officer, so it is not hard to imagine her firing a man for not firing him. But what I don't get is, last month before she was VP nominee, she welcomed the investigation, and said she had nothing to hide. But know, redneck republican Alaskan state reps are trying to keep the investigation from happening, and her douchy husband refused to testify yesterday, almost ensuring that the investigation will be delayed until after the election. And the worst part is, nobody seems to give a fuck. There's a good chance that she is officially a hateful, out-for-vengeance cunt, but she might already be president-in-waiting by the time we learn the truth. Also, appallingly, according to a shitload of polls something like 50% of people care more about the president's personal life than the issues. Didn't that already backfire when people voted for Bush because he would be fun to have a beer with? I lose faith in the intelligence of the american public on a daily basis. /rant

word. shes so fucking inexperienced, how could have mccain even considered her, let alone pick her.

Why do you Americans make such a big deal of moral issues such as abortion in the lead up to the election? Aren't things like health care or the economy way more important? For the record, I think abortion should be legal, if you can live with your decision regardless of what it is then more power to you.

but there is no insight... the problem is that Palin deserves her scrutiny and deserves to be questioned the way she is. Republicans for some reason have such strong ties to their party that they can't sever from even one thing they disagree with. I swear that if it wouldn't affect the polls or the race that most Republicans would probably start disagreeing and moving away from Palin, but the fact that they don't want McCain to lose clouds that and in the end we have blind Palin supporters.
