Just saw the trailer for PASSENGER by Legs of Steel.

Notice the shot at 0:58, could it be a quad?

If it happend skiing could have gotten quad could have gotten quad corks before snowboarding. You saw Billy Morgan at the Movies jump in the behind the scenes video but he didn't think the jump was suitable for a quad.[video]https://youtu.be/opq_2LlX7uk[/video]

He took off forward, did a trippple 14 then it cut out, so i think its an 18
 
im no expert but judging off the fact that he did a triple and keeps going id say that right there is what some people call a quad cork 18
 
If you guys keep hyping this up and then it ends up being a bail in the movie there will be no words to describe my feels.

there must be some serious gforces during the snap of each spin, so precisely spotted out too, definitely stomped the piss out of it... so sick, this could be an ultimate non claim.

I saw the trailer and thought it looked like a quad. Then thought this exact same thing. Would be really hard to not be posting the "first" quad everywhere and not get that news leaked somehow.

Oh I totally agree! Def possible. And if they did. Huuuge props to them!! Would be an incredible selling\marketing point for their movie.

tom did a triple months and months before the footage came out or the general public knew. not very hard
 
wow this seems like 2003 when I watch the 1242 trailer and had to wait for the movie to come out!
 
After some detective work, I change my mind after reading this interview on Redbull.com about the movie

Sven Kueenle is asked who he thinks stand out, and part of the answer was; "Bene's triple in Zürs"

Now it's a bit hard to tell by the footage who it is, but he clearly has an Redbull helmet, so if that shot at 0:58 is Bene Meyr, then i would assume that's the triple Sven is talking about.

Tho I have to say, if they where able to keep this from the public, and its a quad, I will be very stoked! Not on the quad, but the fact that they kept it secret.. Seems like everything is leaking these days, and it would be good for the film industry if they got back at this track.
 
I'm saying quad and im' saying Joss sent it and landed it first try. Hes called Jossthebo$$ for a reason!

There's no way its not a qud unless he really huurt himself because if he had tried to open up after the triple the rotation still wouldn't have completely stopped.

Either he got the quad, or set a new record for eating shit if it was a triple.

I have my money on a very big triple (I don't think he crashed, cos of the stoke from his friends, would be kinda lame to use a different shot to make us think it's landed). But quad? I think it would of gotten leaked and lets be honest here, that rotation is already hard af to pull off in a triple, I mean it's between a cork and a flat if you look closely, so sick looking. I'm sure we would of heard of it by now?

But we can hope, if he stomped that, and it's a quad, that would be the coolest quad ever.

No that's why its marketing genius. Because those film makers know people like us are making a big deal wondering whether it was a quad. We are hyping it way more than they could have done on their own.

YARRR. I was watching the legs of steel trailer in my underwear and as I watched the shot of, teenage hearthrob, Oyestein Braaten, throw something HUGE.
