Punching someone a lighter/roll of quarters in your hand

I know it delivers a harder punch, but does anyone know if it is any more illegal than just fighting with fists only? Like could it be considered assault with a deadly weapon?
I know NS isn't the best place to ask this but I can't find a legit answer anywhere else

All of you dipshits talking about "fairness" and "honor" when it comes to fighting obviously haven't fought.

To the OP, if you feel like you need to that, you probably shouldn't fight whoever you plan on fighting. Also, if you really do hurt the person, or knock their teeth out, or something, are you prepared for that? There's a big difference between drunkenly throwing a few punches and wrestling around a minute until a fight is broken up and really hurting someone.

and I'm obviously gonna hit them in the face if possible.
 
You live in london, the UK's laws are different than the US's and canadas (90% of this site' population)so i would suggest you ask someone from there or the queen if its more illegal or not
 
THANK YOU. You little 16 year olds calling me a pussy have no idea what kind of situation I'm in so please shut the fuck up. I unfortunately wound up pissing some of the wrong dudes off, and there's a very real possibility of me getting my ass jumped by anywhere from 2-8 dudes. They know where the fuck I live, and anytime I leave solo, especially at night, I'm running the risk of getting the shit kicked out of me, or worse. So yeah, I want any fucking advantage I can get.

 
I prefer to empty the roll of quarters into a sock. more momentum and range. but why the fuck do you need to know? and who the hell walks around with a roll of quarters?

Unless you just lit up a cigar, and some bitch just "flying kungu dragon kicked" you in the chest, and made you drop it,then maybe you could, otherwise you should take him on along with a couple of his friends, and donkey punch his girl afterwards.
 
tip if your getting jumped, dont go down whatever happens try to stay on your feet. also, try to get a punch in on someone, like a really good one, it'll make the rest of them back off a little and possibly give you a chance. if your really scared, seriously, call the cops. iv'e seen too many kids get fucked up in my days, would hate for the same thing to happen to you.
 
i would laugh so hard if the kid went to throw a punch and a bunch of quarters went flying through the air ahahah

My buddy just got out of a coma after being jumped... Be aware on your surroundings, and stay in good areas with people around.
 
while holding a roll of quarters and punching someone will increase damage to their face, it will also increase damage to your hand

think before you go around jumping people... if you need to increase your punching power you shouldn't be fighting whoever you plan on fighting
 
I believe in the US it would go from just assault to assault and battery with a deadly weapon. No idea what it would be in the UK though.

And honestly, screw fighting with honor. You can fight honorably, but you're gonna end up on the ground when I take any scumbag "dishonorable" advantage I can.

Just walk everywhere with a bunch of road flares taped to your chest. If the dudes try and jump you just rip your shirt off and yell "If anybody fucking touches me Ill blow all you chicken shits to hell!" Usually works for me.
 
First off, there is no such thing as a fair fight.

Second, a roll of quarters will pack a much harder punch than a regular fist alone.

Third, when it comes to fighting, do what ya gotta do to win.

Also if you're getting jumped by 2-8 guys having a roll of quarters in your fist is the least of your worries it would be a pretty hard to prove even if it ever made it to any court. Suck less at thinking.
 
i had two friends (from different groups) fight last year. one used a roll of quarters and it ended up bursting open in his hand... the other kid took all the quarters after the fight and bought some ice cream hahaha

in brussels, our capitol we have a real problem with gangs of foreign kids, mainly north africans who come uninvited to parties to wreck stuff and even sexually intimidate girls, its really pretty bad ....

anyways, 2 weeks ago i went to a party in brussels, in the middle of one of the worst neighbourhoods, anyways, a fight breaks out in front of the doors where a friend of mine and his gf were trying to get in. a group of these kids was annoying his gf pretty bad so he had punched one of them in the face and was about to get really fucked up by the remaining dozen guys....

anyways, this small and skinny bouncer saw this happening so he went full chuck norris on the crew, pepper spray in one hand a huge spanish bat (like the ones you described in the other one) in the other, i dunno what damage he had exactly done but it looked like he was playing baseball with those assholes, anyways, in less than a minute the fighting had stopped, most of those hoodrats had fled off (probably hurt) while a remaining handful remained making noise, shouting and calling out the bouncer for some time. The remaining 4 or 5 were in a half circle around this skinny guy, shouting and spitting at him, so the dude put away his pepperspray and bat and tried to calm them down nicely, obviously this didn't work so one of the dudes jumps him, trying to punch him in the face while his other friends come charging at him as well. In the blink of an eye he pulls out his bat and whacks this guy super hard in the back of his knee, before the other 4 could reach him they had already stopped in their tracks and backed up again ....

the bouncer somewhat chased them off and we didn't have any other problems that night :P

up until then i thought i lived in a safe and civilized country but i guess even we have our ghettos ....
 
Here's what the UK law says about what are considered as offensive weapons and can lead to serious charges, evewn if you are the one being ganged upon.

1. Section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (offensive weapons) shall apply to the following descriptions of weapons, other than weapons of those descriptions which are antiques for the purposes of this Schedule:

(a) a knuckleduster, that is, a band of metal or other hard material worn on one or more fingers, and designed to cause injury, and any weapon incorporating a knuckleduster;

(b) a swordstick, that is, a hollow walking-stick or cane containing a blade which may be used as a sword;

(c) the weapon sometimes known as a "handclaw" , being a band of metal or other hard material from which a number of sharp spikes protrude, and worn around the hand;

(d) the weapon sometimes known as a "belt buckle knife" , being a buckle which incorporates or conceals a knife;

(e) the weapon sometimes known as a "push dagger" , being a knife the handle of which fits within a clenched fist and the blade of which protrudes from between two fingers;

(f) the weapon sometimes known as a "hollow kubotan" , being a cylindrical container containing a number of sharp spikes;

(g) the weapon sometimes known as a "footclaw" , being a bar of metal or other hard material from which a number of sharp spikes protrude, and worn strapped to the foot;

asked this question because at first I thought it was just 2 dudes that were after me, now I have reason to believe there will be more.Obviously if I get jumped by 8 dudes the cops aren't gonna charge me for using a roll of quarters or w/e.
Also, I'm not planning on using a roll of quarters, I just asked that cause its the most common way to do it. I've been carrying a mini maglight around...Not gonna carry a knife cause chances are it could get knocked out of my hands and used against me.
