American beer kicks Canadian beer's ass. I'm not talking about miller and coors...I'm talking about Rogue, Deschutes, New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, Sea Dog, Dogfish Head, Full Sail, Widmer Brothers, etc...
Other than huge macrobrewed shit, beer is better and cheaper anywhere in America vs. Canada.
Fuck that. Pabst Blue Ribbon is and always will be a beer for a skiers. My dad has loved Pabst Blue Ribbon for 30 years all because of skiing. Now as his skier son I love it for the same reasons.
i dint feel like making a new post so ill just threadjack this one....how much does a redbull cost where you live? price for a 4pack by example?(in belgium the bottom price is around 1euro/can and the most i ever payed for one was 4euro when i was drunk and hungover)
in Denver and Arvada, pabst is 18 dollars after tax. and let me just thank you for drinking pbr instead of that shit we crank out in golden called coors/keystone and budweiser from foco. both are disgusting.
Oh man went out to the local beer bars last night.... so much good draft beer at the two places near me.
Southern Tier Oat
Guinness 250th Anniversary
local Nut Brown ale
and like 3 others, but I had two of those Southern Tier Oats to start, which are 11% ABV which I found out afterwards..... rest of the night got a little hazy haha
My only experience with Canadian beer is the Labatt Blue I'm always drinking, and the Boreal stuff they always serve at IF3...... which I'm quite frankly not all that fond of, at least the lager that is.
Oh and here in Upstate NY a 30rack of PBR is ~13-15$ depending on where you get it.
well here in the US I drink labatt's cause it's a decent cheap beer, on par with PBR. It's not a great beer, but it's nice to have a beer to come home to at the end of the day.
And the Boreal Blonde........ blah. Which is why I found this funny:
