Huh I live in Quebec man... but I didn't knew how it was called so I just say cheeze. and dude by the way in a plastic plate or a to bring aluminum thing with a cardboard top is way better.
at my parents restaurant we used to have like an upscale version w/ duck confit, duck gravy, vermont cheddar cheese, and our own uber delicious french fries...it was epic
yeah.....true.....but if you really want to enjoy La Poutine quebec style.....you top it with Ketchup.......or Mayo, awsome......and if you go in sagnay/surrounding area, they have different types of gravy.....it is the BEST OF ALL TIME
I agree...the best poutine is found in Quebec...hands down. But if you're in the West, Zoggs in Whistler serves up a decent dish. I've definitely been known to frequent there!
Pouters are the shit its quebecs native dish if your ever in quebec look for the fast food chain call "le belle province" famous for pouters and 99cent hambourgers
