Purchased a CAST setup after they dropped the price to $350. Super stoked. Gonna throw them on my Dynastar Protos.
Will likely purchase two 2nd ski kits at a later date once I figure out what my skinny touring ski will be in addition to getting one for my Dynastar Legend Factory's. Also gonna get some new touring boots once I figure out this toenail issue. Thinking either Langes, Atomics, or Dalbello. Going to have to try them on first obviously.
Given that I don't tour as much as I used to since my friend moved outta Jackson and I'm likely to head off to grad school in the near future (fingers crossed), I have little need for my ON3P Steeples w/ Kingpins since when I travel it's rarely for pure BC adventures anymore.
Still, my quiver is overkill for someone in the northeast but I can't bring myself to sell any of my current options.
I'll never sell my Pro Riders (2x pairs) since they're hard to come by in the US, and the Legend Factory is an ideal deep snow touring ski for big lines, and the Protos are just a fun ski to fool around on. Thinking of either a Woodsman or similar type ski for that skinny "touring"/travel partner ski for the Protos.
