You missed the point. My legs match my upper body. His legs don’t match his upper body. Hence skipping leg day.

Lol I can squat 285. If you want a full leg Pic of my monstrous quads I can take at the gym tonight. You'll quickly see their true size.

That’s completely untrue and false information.

Almost everything he said was right. They are getting new engines. The B1 does have a ton of maintenance issues causing low readiness rates.

The only thing wrong is the payload.

The B-1 actually has the largest (publicly acknowledged) payload.

As someone who lives right next to the current B1 base and soon to be B21 base, they are so fucking dope to see flying.

B1 is ridiculously loud though. Swing wings and full burn is a really pretty sight.

Must just be the weird angle of the pic. Makes you look super top heavy.

The b1 has can carry more when full loaded with all the wing points as well. The reality is different though. The b1 rarely if ever flys in that configuration. It typically only uses internal bays. The b52 not only consistently uses its bay it also flys with the wing points loaded giving it a larger capacity. As mentioned the b1,b2 are used for a different role being more precision guided weapons and nuclear. While the buff can carry those as well its main benefit is being able to carry a massive amount of dumb bombs for carpet bombing. Something the b1 and b2 are rarely if ever used for. That was my point about capacity. Different roles

I can’t help it that you’re ignorant. My family has been involved in multiple branches including my father who was a naval aviator. Go put your tin foil hat back on

Lmao. Guess you don’t understand what stolen valor even means. I’ve never claimed to be in the service. My grandfather was a tank engineer in the army before moving to pan am then nasa. My father was a p3 Orion pilot in the navy before finishing his career as an airline pilot. I’m proud that they served. Even got USAA insurance out of it too.

Nice! My grandpa was in the marines and passed basic training and was literally a week away from shipping out to the pacific when we dropped the bombs on Japan. Just saw him yesterday - will be 96 in a few weeks.

Hell ya brother. Unfortunately my grand father passed already. Cancer. They were around so much toxic shit. Grandma just turned 104. But she didn’t do anything with the military.

104 is crazy! Props to her. Very few people live that long.

I almost never use benchpress now. But a gym without those is sort of a red flag. I like dumbells because it allows left and right arms to move independently instead of a barbell where you can favor one side. You can do pretty much any barbell exercise with dumbells, aside from squats - but you can goblet squat and barbell 'deadlift' sort of.

yes there's a lot of old people, it's not really a real gym... it's just part of my "community" where we pay lots of money in fees to live there and get almost nothing in return.

How do you find strategies to make your life more productive. I've never been a list maker, but I am trying now and find it hard. I'm sure how detailed I have to be. And goal setting is hard. How do you break down a goal into what steps to take? Why is life confusing?

Finding the right way is hard, especially if you are someone whose thoughts are running around all the time. I still haven't found a working way to study things that require you to memorize things. Like studying history or law or reading physics. Reading doesn't work, notes not too much. Studying math and calculating physics are easier because I'm actually using the things I studied.

Having a proper schedule helps lot. You will never be productive if you do things when you feel like doing them. Set deadlines.

If you are doing something passive that requires lot of thinking and focus, your breaks must be more boring than the thing you are doing. Don't pick up your phone on breaks. Instead stare at a wall, relax, stretch, take a short walk. Don't do anything that gives you too much dopamine.

First step in setting goals is that have a clear goal you are working towards. It's harder to get motivation if you don't know what you are working towards. Work towards one goal at a time. Seconds step: It's very important to break your goal in to smaller steps, Feeling of completing something gives you dopamine and motivation to work towards the next small step. Thirds step is discipline.

for earlier small steps you need to be good at the basics of whatever you are doing. List the things from basics that you need to work on. It's quite hard to do algebra if you don't know how to add or multiply numbers. It's quite hard to k-fed if you can't do a rail slide.

I usually jump head first in to the thing and see where I fuck up or get stuck. And from there I start building the lacking basics and set the steps.

Life is confusing because of our complex emotions and information overload.

Quit smoking weed

My grandpa was a Marine in Korea. Died at 77. Turns out all those carcinogens mixed with carcinogens at GM plants don’t bode well for a long life.

Best thing for me is to look at the hours in a day you’re not using/wasting and use them for something productive instead.

Pick a goal. Write down things you can work on in these off hours that will get you closer to said goal. Spontaneous outbursts of productivity will net you less in the long run than just putting in hours consistently and chipping away.

Make it an emotionless blue collar routine. Punch in, punch out, go home, repeat next day.

Employer is allowed to check the applicants socials? Even just googling the applicants name is illegal here.

Real question that has been bothering me for my whole life is that do you own these socks??

Ya people on this site love to say shit like "-10 social points" in regards to jokes about China

But jokes can get you fired in America pretty easy. Lot of states are at-will employment

Idk which country you're in but this is definitely not the case for all of Europe.

The internet is all bots now and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Or at least we are unwilling to stop it.

I got a free, clapped mtb wheel that was in for warranty. Turns out it belongs to the brother of my best friend. Said bro is racing World Cup xc and stupid fast. Very cool.

What the fuck is this fire smoke lately.

idk why but the smoke is really thick here, yet it doesnt seem to be irritating anyone's eyes and lungs much or smell very strong at all. Yet I can't even see the mountains only 10 miles away some days. The less smoky days, im actually more irritated by regular allergies.

Some do but I know many companies don’t during hiring to prevent bias and/or discrimination.

It’s so bad. I work in a tall building with a great view of the mountains nearby and we couldn’t even see the mountains yesterday. Crazy haze.
