just make sure it’s square and mark 1.5” deep on your bit with tape or sum. If your bench is made of a softwood it should be super forgiving

the usd to euro ratio has been pretty favorable for the usd right now. also inflation in the us is trending higher than the eu so both those combine make it more affordable to go to europe than in recent times. were are seeing less domestic destination visits in the us the last few years at ski resorts and those are some of the many factors that could be attributing to that.

or maybe people are just sick of your shit and want to get as far away as possible. could be either tbh
 
Wood is very easy compared to metal. You don't need a pilot hole, but it might help you keep it straight.

Just like on a lathe, high speeds and low feeds give a better finish

I've noticed that when walking against traffic cars will move further over from the shoulder I'm on than they do when I'm walking with traffic and that's all you really gotta know about how shit the average American driver is

Anyone got laptop recs? Been using a Lenovo yoga for like 6-7 years now and need a new one for grad school that’s not riddled with viruses from methstreams

battery life is probs the most important factor

youre supposed to walk against traffic tho. Also unlike bicycles I don't believe walkers have the same rights to the roadway from a legal stance.

When you're walking on the shoulder, walking against traffic is the way to do it for sure, at the very least you can see whats coming at you.

i hope you don't have an attitude toward fast food workers. i worked at a fast food place for a season and in some ways it was more aggravating than my certified Big Boy jobs these days. and most customers were chill but some were unbelievably rude and usually you could tell it was just because they looked down on the employees

I worked the ticket desk for American Airlines for 2 weeks one of the summers between college. By FAR the hardest and most miserable job I've ever had, and the only one I've ever quit.

(Although it was fun getting to give free checked bags to cute girls and people who were nice to me lol).

Yeah, will never work a hospo job ever again. The staff vibes are usually good, but a few bad customers can ruin your day.

Nah, I respect what they are doing, It's a terrible work environment, it's a place where nobody should be stuck for longer than a year or two. She chose the worst one possible around here, 24h open in downtown. On evenings and nights it's just full of loud and badly behaving teenagers, drunkies, junkies and other type of shit people.

I just found it funny because she is not really a customer service type of person. Also the full Mcdonalds kit was funny because I haven't seen her in any working clothes before.

booked a trip to mozambique this fall and then another to cape town. looking at the canary island, shits cheaper to fly too outta NYC, Philli or boston than to hawaii!! Has some stops usually but still sick

i went to the avs parade when they won a couple years ago and we got there hella early so we were on the rail. i was still in my drinkin days and i caught a beer from nichushkin and instantly thumb gunned it and the crowd lost their shit. it was absolutely the most hyped shotgun of my whole fuckin life lol. i caught another beer from byram and popped it for my buddy. from there the day just got rowdier and rowdier.

i met a guy with a mike tyson replica tattoo who was just throwing mushrooms in his beer and the bartenders were just topping it off. i asked why he got the face tat and he said he just woke up

with it one day lol. . . i hope he’s well
