just got back from kayaking! earlier this week the plankton suddenly became bio-luminescent, so the water looks like this when you paddle through it

Weeelllll, since everybody just loves hearing about my new car endeavors...

I decided that I couldn't live with the DSG transmission of the R32 after going back and driving it a couple more times, and my local VW dealership just got in a brand new, 4 door, Carbon Steel Gray Golf R, soo I went over to check it out today after work. Such a fucking nice car. Really puts the R32 to shame in terms of interior/exterior styling and drivability IMO. Plus, it has four doors and a manual transmission, and should be much easier/cheaper to make decent gains than the VR6. Only thing that sucks is it doesn't have the amazing exhaust note of the R32. FJ is in the shop getting a full inspection+detail and I'm taking it in this week to work out a deal for the R. Hyyyppeeeee.

and started talking to this girl that's practically perfect in my eyes. guys of NS, do you ever feel like you know when a girl is a good match for you literally the moment you first see her?

i mean i didn't even know this girl but i'd seen her a few times at school and i knew i wanted to start talking to her and getting to know her, so i went for it recently and bam, hit it off like it was nothing.
 
I had a ski dream last night, I wish it was winter.

also, kinda wish i was at Bisco instead of work. Then again, I kinda don't, based on the amount of people under 15/douche bags I've heard/seen are going this year.
