The flannel/hoodie/shirt under your bibs (with no jacket) looks wack as fuck. Especially when it's a whopping 9 degrees and snowing. You guys look like some airblaster wearing snowboarder shitbag. Just stop. If you are actively building a booter you get a pass, because hard work.

Add your trend that needs to die.

P.S. your shitty hesher stache needs to go to.

Yeah I saw a handful of these kits at Keystone, I was wearing a jacket, gloves, facemask and I was cold. Again, I was cold, I don't get cold easily. Hoodie with suspenders on top can't be warm, unless you're wearing 3 hoodies.

It's probably the most impractical use of suspenders, people will figure it out eventually.

It was snowing sideways at Boreal the other week, I witnessed suspenders over the hoodie.

The best part was the suspenders were holding up Adidas track pants.

Fashion over function.

I too hate it when people dress the way they want, I shall make it my business to foil their attempts at doing so.

I cannot seem to fathom why you'd care about something like this. It's not the way people are skiing, or the SD camera they're filming on this time. No, you're mad because of the clothes that people chose to wear? I do not understand why somebody would use energy to type out an opinion like this. Threads like this are the reason that NS is lame nowadays

Your icon looks wack as fuck. Especially when this is a skiing website. You look like some dorky nerd computer-loving shitbag. Just stop. If you are actively building a computer you get a pass, because hard work.

Add your trend that needs to die.

P.S. your shitty username needs to go too

Quality satire here. Just so everybody knows, I'm not angry whatsoever. I do not understand why folks feel the need to say a trend needs to die. I can understand and even agree with the opinion that track pants are unsuitable for skiing on a cold or snowy day. I'm just curious as to the reasoning behind why wearing bib pants over a hoodie is now considered as unacceptable by some

I still can't help but chuckle at the people who haven't gotten rid of their XXXL gear yet. They look ridiculous.

The ski Gods will punish you for this

Let people dress as they like, freeskiing is FREE, there are no dress rules

I agree with this, but I will say that I don't fully believe that merely following trends is truly "dressing how you want". Skiers copy what snowboarders do in the dress category, fact. You see a trend in snowboarding & the next season or two it migrates to skiing. The suspender trend, skinny pants etc all started in snowboarding. But my point is that I've been dressing the same on the hill for a good 6 years now basically. Insulated flannel / hoodie & tailored pants. It's what I like & feel most comfortable in shredding. I've seen styles come & go while I've rocked the same shit. So, is the suspenders thing truly what these people like & feel most comfortable in? For some, I doubt it. But they saw Magnus rock the track pants so they've gotta do the same

what about flannels under the bibs w/ a nice light shell underneath your jacket? flannels are so god damn warm. mine is so gnarly smelling and toasty and I love it.

plus you look chyll af drinking tasty cold snacks in the lodge mahn

I'm not a fan of people not wearing helmets. That shits WACK.

My helmet stays home when its sub zero temperatures and I want a bit of extra warmth. Fits snug no room for extra insulation without it giving me headaches. Met 2 people in the last day who got fucked up by an out of control Aussie luckily they were wearing helmets.

Be the fastest skiier on the hill and be good at avoiding downhill traffic and you should be solid.

Lol so many of these at keystone. It was like 5 degrees and I had at least 4 layers last weekend n couldn't comprehend how these headasses we're skiing down in basically a tshirt and bib.

I'm the best skier on the mountain and I'll never not wear my helmet.
