Here is a picture I took today when out bombing this tunnel with a friend. He showed me this train tunnel, and the walls around it are just covered in some dope pieces. I a bunch of pictures, but this is probably my favorite

its too saturated, ie the middle portion and the hill on the side, white wash. over exposed.

the light creates a needless vocal point

why the blue hue?

is this digital? if yes then why is it grainy

on second thought, you really change the exposure after the shot, i just tinkered with it on my computer.

i like the color overlay but im not really diggin the overexposure. i think with the color you chose it should be more dark and grungy, but thats just my opinion

i like that version.

its too bad its not a dark room print. if you could dodge the hill all the way to the most intense part of the light it would look good. id also add a filter too, maybe 3 1/2

filter. yeah I'm just a n00b. explain bro, oh and I don't have PS right now, not on this computer atleast.

don't know if there is a filter in ps like the ones used in the dark room. they just allow tones in the picture to be manipulated and contrast. i find 3 1/2 is a good median for me.

Dodge it so that it doesnt all get so overexposed. You have too much light outside the tunnel so you have to make taht part darker and lighten up the rest. And then dont go so extreme with everything like the amount that you lighten and darken and stuff.

I'd just go back and reshoot, though it's almost unshootable as it is now, if you want to maintain detail in the shadows and highlights. Maybe just take a shot of the wall with the grafitti, and don't even shoot the railroad tracks. That way you wont have so many blown out areas. Blown out areas are impossible to fix in photoshop, as there is NO detail in them at all. They're just white. Also, turn down the ISO on your camera, use a tripod if you have to, because your getting grainy results.

most of the effects are just stupid after things I did on the camera. I posted a second version, see if you like that better. I also posted the original so peep that also.
