I'm 5ft 6 and 164lbs way to over weight and that makes landings super hard and rotations are very difficult so what work outs should I do to lose that fat cause being fat SUCKS

You don't sound that overweight butbif you're worried there's no better time to do something than now. I was just uo to 235 from being a fst fuck and giving up on life mid corona lockdown but i still feel like im in decent shape snowboarding and skating. Def trying to shred about 40 of that though and get back to where i was.
Sparknotes: If you wanna be healthier send it. If you're a little chubby and wanna get better at park keep sending it.
PS: Somebody from work just dropped off turkey dinners at my trailer, im drinking beer, and i ate reeses and kit kas on the way back from the skatepark.
