Everything from small side hits and cat tracks to cliffs and bigger jumps. They'll all help you get more comfortable and less scared to try new things especially on the smaller jumps

And this...

14307511:Slowbro said:You can get over it by hitting jumps a bunch. Tricks on skis feels weird at first due to the forward momentum but you'll adapt if you do it enough. And coaching helps a lot if you're part of a team and motivated enough.

14386932:Sean_D said:Impossible, jumps at my hill r too big and landings are very icy or very hard east coast shi
14386933:Phlebotomist said:Theyre okay to just straight air though im sure, i also ski on the east coast so i feel the icy landing part, but you could literally just take off and roll the windows down the whole time. Being in the air that long vs what the smaller jumps feel like afterwards will make you much less scared.

14387542:Gulo_gulo said:If the jumps at your hill are too big you could try asking them to make a smaller one. One year my hill had a tiny baby jump and monster comp jump almost the whole winter until I emailed them and asked for a medium jump. One week later perfect medium jump.
Also, try to jump "casually". Just do it again and again until it feels boring and like you could do it anytime anywhere.
