Okemo...What would yall like to see as ...

The first "NEW" Rail or Box , preferbly a rail thay are alot easier and quicker to make. I should be gettin started on Park shit soon , not sure when exactly yet but I wanna be ready. I pretty sure I am geting a BUNCH of steel so options are NOT so limited. So lets here your ideas on what new rails/boxes yall would like to see ... What do ya think of the name change ... creative huh !

I'd take a day off of work and travel up to ludlow if you built a 300 foot long, 1 foot wide, box. just a straight, retardo long box. it'd be hillarious. think of how funny it would be to be on it, get half way accross, turn back to your bros and flip em the bird, maybe switch up and flip them off with the other hand because the other arm was getting tired from flipping them off for so long, then make a call to your parents to let them in on what you;ve been up to for the past really long time, and then maybe a little explanation as to why you are so entertained by this idea of sliding a box for so long, and then when they figure out that you are actaually still sliding the box, AND flipping off your buddies while explaining to them how much fun sliding boxes is.... i lost my train of thought here. the point is, a super long box. that'd be my request for o-kem-oh

sweet

rollercoaster ending on the up so u could do huge spins oout of it. something good im going there next feb vacation

build like 3 of the picnic tables they have at high cascade and windells and then you could change up the set up alot. \

we are getting 3 or 4 picnic tables , 8 ft plastic , just like to ones at the waffle hause ( how ever you spell that) and as far as a s box I want to build one that one will take time , not sure if that will get done this season. , and the dfd box is a idea I had , im thinkin 15 10 15 . NOt sure ont the angles yet , proably similer to the flat down on the stair case. I have lots of plans and ideas I just want to know what people ridin the stuff would like to see as far as priority...

nuff said.

s box, like the one heavenly has, where its nasicaLly two cs put together but in oppostie directions

I'd like to see a flat down flat rail. Only make this one way more mellow than the fdf box that was on the top of nor easter last year. I'd also like it if this rail wasnt 4 ft off the ground, maybe only 2 ft. Another dfd box would be sick too. Thinking about it that fdf box on the top of nor easter was just not that fun because you were going so fast once you hit the second kink. Cut that down part shorter or just make it way more mellow.

The DFD Box is better , just the way we had it last year wasnt that great. It just need to be in a more mellow spot on the hill is all , and once you get your speed down its pretty fun. There no real ajusting the angles of it , without rebuilding it. How bout 3' off the ground cuz 2 is a bit wimpy and gets buried guick...

the jump was too far away last year, thats what i though the problem was, so you had to come in too fast and it made the second kink craze, i talked to some of the park guys about that and they moved it up a foot or two and it was fine, but no one really hit it regardless, shit was gnar.

Yeah what the hell is a tea cup ? And I said reasonable length not height. A rail or box can be any height. As far as length well , Id have to say 50ft. max. We have a couple 40 ft. rails and they are kind of a pain to move. But we have figured out a way to move them some what easily. A kinked box can be longer only because you can make them in peices. Im willing to make one really long rail. But am not thrilled on the idea.

could you please tell mt. snow's park crew to put an email addres up, or do what you're doing? they seem like they're getting so lazy. the down flat down wasn't up until like the second last weekend of the season. the s-rail had the sheistiest setup ever, and barely anyone hit it because of that (yes, some people did, but not many).

so as not to totally waste your time reading this, build a quad kink! i'm most likely never, ever going to step to an urban quad kink. But, with snow on both sides of it to fall onto/slide off and ski away, i'd love to hit one.

I got nothing to do with Mt. Snow , nor do I want to as far as im concerned the more they slack the better it makes me look , so your gonna have to press them yourself... sorry bro but Im not gonna help the compitition...quad kink huh ...down flat down flat down ?

yea that would be pretty sick actually, set up urban style for sure, how bout a roller coasted rail or box, somethin different, i dont know of any other mountains in vermont besides snow who has one, and theres is really mellow

that rail looks fun, also a urban style quad would be fun, but i highly doubt many people would hit it, but i know id like it.

Ski Rundown ... thats my home mtn. from a lil ways back... yeah that doesnt look like good times movin that. rail looks pretty cool but there are eaiser was to move stuff.

if a mountain already has the basics, such as flat rails, flat-down, down-flat-down, why not go for a quad kink?

No, not everyone would hit it, but anyone who's got the standard rail types down should go for it.

How about a up-flat-down/C

So it starts out like a battleship, with the up-flat, but then instead of just a regular down, it curves, so it's like a downwards C

im not saying dont get one. i want one. if you make a rail with kick please make it long, not 10ft, cause that would suck, id like to see maybe an a frame box like mammoth has, that looks real fun.

^id definatly hit it

and fluff was right about the super long box, that is a serious request. It wouldnt be that hard to slide it and it would attract a lot more ticket sales = $$ and make your park sick but fuck it i dont even ski at okemo so it doesnt affect me

because its so hilariously original...

i'd say go with the dfd because its relatively easy and would be sick.

if you could do anything curved that would also be awesome.

what about something creative that could be used differnt ways...like that wallride in dubski that CR went upp and then the top became a flat-down box...

maybe a double-trp like at teh xgeme slast year?
