It just seems like such a generic park. They need to get more creative with it.
 
Idk about full drinking game but it'd be fun to drink when the announcer says "he's just doing it for the fans" when they botch their run and do steezy grabs and 360s lol
 
Isn’t it an Olympic qualifier and like the first time it’s been an Olympic qualifier? Could help explain genericness of it given they’ve done shark fins and stuff in the past

It is not an olympic qualifier, that stuff has already been decided.
 
Would love some drinking game rules if anyone has ideas! The homies are doing our own version of X Games on hill tomorrow.

4 Disciplines: Big Air, Slope (rails), Knuckle Huck, and Pipe/Quarter/Hip

Everyone makes a list of a personal NBD trick for each feature. If you land the trick you can hand out a shot or shotgun to another homie. If you don't land the trick by the end of the day you receive a shot or shotgun for that trick. Pretty straightforward, hopefully it gets all the boys chucking roast

Anyone know how hard it is to get a media pass to X? Have always dreamed of getting to film there but figure with ESPN running it there's like 0 chance that ever happens

The pass itself is easy to get, but you're pretty limited and you can only film practice.

She straight up has the cleanest dubs in the game. Her and Oldham are going to clean up in the next few years.
 
I take that back a bit. She has amplitude like all hell but the tricks are pretty meh. No way her runs were better than Brita's.

I know this is thread is for skiing but gutted for zeb. Dusty and Marcus deserved podiums but how tf can the man not win with that fat coffin method in the swallowtail

Yeah I know but it sucks when the guy making the event the most fun “literally switching boards mid comp and using another competitor as a diving board) misses out. I’m not mad just kinda bummed since he was actually making the comp even more entertainment than it already is

how old am I? I interviewed Candide after he won at mt snow big air. had the media pass 2x years for the Keene Sentinel sports dept.

Why didnt they build the classic big air on the other side of the superpipe? Seems like this one is smaller and landing is shorter….
 
I found the overall best impression scoring to be a terrible way to do halfpipe. I don't think Ayumu would've had any trouble wiping the floor if it were normal one run scoring, obviously it wasn't and it went another way, but I'd still argue he could've taken the W even with falling on two runs. Best impression just doesn't seem to be a good fit for halfpipe imo
 
Dub 16 was tight, Hudak's math was pretty loose.

Superpipe wasn't as exciting as our game of Scrabble but Brita went big.
