Official Lost final season countdown

lighthouse was epic.
And I lawled when claire just axed the dude in the stomach.

also jack has a kid!?!?!? Who secretly plays piano amazingly well!?!? With that asian samurai guy from the temple!!!?!?

i don't think i have ever watched an episode of lost and not asked myself that question

little things make sense during the show but then at the end it's just like "oh come on, stop making twists"

haha i hear ya. i can feel the onset of answers though. the numbers are somewhat being explained and more and more seems to be happening each week. i'm just really looking forward to what's to come

I thought Ben was gonna get his ass handed to him on a plate tonight.....

Agh fuck.... But I heard somewhere that answers are coming...?!

was tonights episode just a rerun of last weeks the one where sayeedgoes to his brothers house or am i missing out here please tell me!!

fuck i missed the one at 10 went to watch at 11 and it was last weeks episode i guess ill haveto catch it online

..so I guess they quasi answered the question of how Richard stays the same age.. Jacob "touched" him lol.. If that's the type of explanation they're going to give for some of the main questions then I will truly be disappointed.
Also, we found out that the island and the darma initiative still existed in the "alternate dimension" since Ben and his dad were talking about it... And I guess it was cool how in the alternate dimension Ben makes the "right" choice this time and chooses Rousseaux over his own power.
That's all for now.
oh Charles Witmore in a submarine FTW!!!1!!!

actually this is the last season....

the creators of lost originally wanted to make it 5 seasons of 24 episodes each, but instead, due to contracts, they made it 6 seasons, the first 3 having 24 episodes and the last 3 having 16 episodes each, so its the same number of episodes. they planned all the shit from the beginning, unlike some dumbass shows like 24, prison break, etc etc. seriously, after they break out of prison, they go back into prison just to break out again?!

but seriously, lost had its shit planned from the start

Isn't this like the 57th season? I got lost in the 2 or 3 episodes i tried to watch.

there on an island from a plane crash. cool. then theres crazy things that don't make any sense happening. Portholes. Weird things. I mean, seriously who followed this the whole way.

Tv makes me laugh. Why would anyone want to be tied down to a show for years. Most people watch like 5 different series or more too. Go do something fun

the season is finally starting to pick up. i really liked the last couple episodes. I actually liked "locke" in this past episode. even though im sure things arent what they seem with him. he did answer some questions too

I know, so fucking stupid. Why don't I waste my time watching every stupid tv show religiously. The plots are all absolutely phenomenal.

give it up dude. it doesnt need to be the greatest show ever. its a break from doing school work all night on a tuesday and its entertaining. plz go back under your bridge mmmmkay, negative nancy?

So what, i was negative about a shitty show with a poor plot. Deal with it. Not everyone has to like everything you do. Go have your tuesday night lost party, play world of warcraft, or what ever it is you fancy.

It's all right with me. Just remember god is watching you

i just don't see the point of your comments. clearly other people like the show, they can talk about it, why does this thread need your hate? just seems pointless

so heres one thing im thinking. the code that desmond had to put into the computer to reset the clock. those numbers are the number of candidates and it just dwindles until there are 4 left like there are now.

it's hard to know who to believe/trust right now.. I want to go with "lock" because he's just a badass. Also, I think he may have been implying that aaron could become the new him when he said that aaron had a crazy mother (claire) like himself.. also I enjoyed sawyer being a cop and working with miles and the charlotte cameo and running into kate as she escaped. Now all I need are some answers!!!//1?!?!/!!!!

I dont think the numbers have much to do with anything, I think they were just the random code they had to punch into the machine. IT wouldnt make much sense if they were the number of candidates because the ones that died didnt die at the same time, so the code would be constantly changing when one died

haha wats with all this lost hate for the people saying were wasting our lives and time watching it its one hour a week and honestly its pretty much the only hour i watch and kids who watch like 50 hours of tv i week i know who u r i used to be one how can you hate on lost youve probably watched the same family guy episode 75 times or r hooked to some other tv show that doesnt require to remember things from previous episodes

Since there are only four candidates left, this is probably the most likely conclusion: Jack replaces Jacob, Sawyer replaces Locke's role, they are enemies already, so the circle continues, keeping good and evil in balance. Kate's name was crossed out on the wall in the cave, Hurley, though good, is not leader material, Sun idk, she hasn't played much of a role, neither has Gin. (thats five candidates?). In whole season starts looking through Jack's eyes, and i bet it will end that way.

Please don't be purgatory or related to some heaven / hell bs... That would be the biggest anti climax. People have been calling that shit since day 1.

All this nonesense now.... ?!? And I STILL don't know where the polar bear came from!!!

Nah, the hell stuff was just made up by the man in black in order to get Ricardo to follow him.

it's not, the hell thing was an analagy. it's not hell or purgatory, at least not literally. the Island keeps evil from getting out into the real world. it's a "cork"

also, they explained where the polar bear came from. the polar bears were tested on by the Dharma Initiative

that. was so fucking epic. I love the guy dressed in black ( I wish we could get his name though).
And ya, the polar bear was from the dharma initiative, that was made apparent a few seasons ago..

Yeah they've gone a bit wishy washy... Bring back the nuclear bombs, time travel, dharma stuff... All this good v evil and hell shit is dull. It's totally gone off on a tangent from where this season began.... It better get back on track soon.

Oh and yeah I remember the polar bear stuff now....

anyone catch at the end when the man in black smashed the wine bottle? all "hell" broke loose. foreshadowing perhaps?

also, when isabella was dead and hurley was talking to her, did anyone hear when hurley said "oh, one more thing, you have to kill the MEN in black"

i thought i heard men, some of my friends agree with me, others say they heard man

i just watched it loud with headphones, definitely heard man

i'm glad it's starting to make sense. IF, big if, there're no more huge plot twists and that episode does tell the truth, then it makes sense that the island is the cork holding hell in the bottle and that locke/man in black actually represents evil. he really hasn't done anything good since we've known him. i liked the all hell broke loose thing at the end

One of my favorite episodes yet. So good. I'm really liking the man in black actor! People have been making guesses that he could be Esau, Jacob's brother from the Bible. In the Bible, Esau sells Jacob his birthright (or something) thus making him Jacob's property. Would make sense in this context!

that would make plenty of sense, lost is really into name references, so far mostly philosophical like john locke, desmond, etc, but i wouldn't put it past them to do something biblical, especially since the man in black is supposed to be the devil and jacob is supposed to be the protector of all hell breaking loose
