What? I wore my saga bathing suit every single day last summer (not an exaggeration) in the ocean and other than a few stiches loosening its 100%. Now thats not to say that bag doesn't look stupid because it does but whatever I just wont buy it.
 
If you're looking at f-stops, you're in a completely different world from the saga bag posted above. you're comparing a 300+ dollar bag to a 20ish dollar bag. that's comparing apples to orange-flavored popsicles.

 
mishka has some reasonably priced bags that are pretty ill. They kinda fall apart tho, nowhere near the absurdly perfect materials used by all the Japanese brands

I saw the shop catalog some time ago, and there is a lot of sick shit in there!

Hard to see what is super sick and what is not so sick because of the shop catalog is just drawings, but I can say that det striped tshirt and the Grand Gru t shirt both are in 3 different colors! and the windbreaker are in 2 colors + some other crewneks..
 
Those look like the shittest backpacks i have ever seen. like someone said earlier, if there wasnt a saga logo on their no one would give 2 shits about it.

Jiberish is definitely stuck between the streetwear/hipster style and the ski/snowboard baggy look. I think it really comes down to the fact that they are going to make so much more money off of this new stuff as opposed to the 4xl hoodies we all know and love.

I thought most of the stuff looked like shit this year especially as opposed to last year. The ignant was a huge disappointment.
 
i hope you're confusing trendy with hipster, if not you have no idea what a hipster actually looks like. jiberish =/= hipster.
and i wish the ribbing wasn't as tall as it is, like from where it starts on the garment to where it ends. i think something in the 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 range would be much better.
 
not really feelin' that scarf in particular, but scarves are dope and I hope they make some better ones.
 
the stuff was somewhere in between this year, and it didnt work out so great for a few pieces. a bunch of things looked awesome though. however, i think it is time to pick a side.
Personally, I want jiberish to excell in the streetwear world. as much as i would hate to see people who dont affiliate themselves at all with skiing or snowboarding wearing jiberish, i think that is where they are headed, but i dont think they will get far from their roots.
I love the older stuff that was all about money, and gold, and looking kinda thugged, but i REALLY like some of the stuff i have seen them produce recently, like the smug, a few of the new tees, flannels, new chambray hoodie, etc., and i hope to see more of it.
I really think jiberish should make a few pieces a year aimed directly at skiing and skiers, with a longer narrower fit, tighter ribbing, and ski and ski culture-inspired designs, and then they should produce mostly streetwear, with still a little bit longer and narrower fit, but closer to the norm.
Just some thoughts, Dan and prettyfresh.
 
No no no no no no! The ribbing is the perfect height, but they need to work on the tightness.

And every backpack in here looks like garbage and doesn't have enough pouches for carrying shit besides the dakine. I'ma stick to LL Beans for my backpacks.

Yea my bad I didn't mean to say hipster and I know what that actually means.

Right now basically all of jiberish's products are bought by kids on NS who ski, and then a smaller percentage to those who skate or want sort of a trendy streetwear brand. There's obviously a larger market for the ladder so i'm all for jibberish becoming more and more mainstream, as long as they keep their roots and make a couple of skiing oriented pieces that are big as shit.
 
work wear kills it there's definitely some sick stuff in that vein coming around...

oh and the ribbing on the bigger stuff IS going to be modified next year sooo yaup
 
Could you guys please just for one sweatshirt, produce it exactly like 07-08/08-09 hoodies?

The fabrics you used were soo much better, and the fit was dead on. None of that 5xl shit.
 
does anyone know if they have any stuff thats exclusively in the lohi store? probably getting the chance to check the place out next week, just curious.
 
teenage goth chicks definitely don't wear jiberish, maybe saga and first drop, but definitely not jiberish
 
We will be doing more exclusive LoHi only releases, right now we just have a few sizes left of the Jiberish Key Logo X New Era hats that were only sold at LoHi. Limited on size and colors left though. Also have Grand Cru Skate decks at LoHi that were team and LoHi only drops.
 
That and the other backpack you posted are some of the worst backpacks I've ever seen...

And put some sick materials into your hoodies, Cotton sucks for skiing and 5XL is too big for streetwear...
 
Do you own the backpacks? If you don't it doesn't seem like you can say its the worst. you could say you think its ugly. (to which people may agree or disagree)
 
I was also in a bad mood, so it didn't really come out that way, and I actually don't mind cotton, just mad that the ribbings so loose on the 5xl. sorry for the negativity, I should have gone about saying so less obnoxiously.
 
Don't fall and your hoodie won't get wet.

I don't think 5xl is meant for streetwear unless you are Henrik or you are 6'8.
