Official Jiberish August Back To School Drop Thread

The ink is dry on the paperwork so we are probably ok to announce it. The second Jiberish Concept Store will be opening Fall 2011 on Main Street in Park City, Utah. Construction on the space starts next week.

Lohi is specific to the neighborhood our shop in Denver is in, Lower Highlands. The Park City store is as of yet unnamed. We are looking to open as soon as possible, but stay posted for a more definite opening date.
 
Yea, I'm assuming he meant to say B-town. Because that is the best place on the EC to put one. Boston can be a second, later location.....
 
Obviously we want them to be in burlington, but realistically as a business I would be incredibly surprised if they set up shop. It would be a huge tie to the snow culture that they grew from, but the greater area of boston holds over 4.5million people compared to around 200k for burlington.

Nonetheless they should consider retailing at maven or steez. I would love to be able to pick some jiberish up in person instead of always ordering online.

i find steez to be kinda weird, but maven is nothing but legit, and i feel like jiberish would fit right in, so long as maven doesnt freak out and buy stuff in 5xl.

Cept Identity in Porthsmouth sells Jiberish..... 45 minutes from Boston. Not practical. Burlington is much more practical.

You mean you hope Mavin doesn't freak out and only supply size medium and large? Cuz Mavin is a skate shop, not a thug shop.
 
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They should carry all sizes, just cuz you like skinny shit now doesn't mean everyone does.
 
you just said that they are a skate shop, not a thug shop. why would a skate shop carry a 5xl sweatshirt? nobody would wear something like that for streetwear....
LRG makes stuff to like 6xl, and maven carries LRG (lots of it) and they have never had a 6xl sweatshirt in there.
 
Demand. If they carried Jiberish, they would get a ton of skiers coming in looking for larger sizes. They don't have a demand for 6xl lrg.
 
they postponed it to next spring. they are doing a july release, usual winter, and then late spring next year.
 
the ones from the sale were last years boarshorts...they were only sold in the store and super limited
