Official Holiday Valley / Kissing Bridge Thread

Kissing Bridge open?

I picked up a Wag Jag for it. How's the park there? Ill probably come sometime in the first week of January

So are there trails open now? I'm jones'n to ski haven't went skiing in over a year cause of surgery last year and Bristol isn't opening anytime soon! so any update?

Word for KB is the 20th. Anyone heard anything different? I'm sittin in the airport on my way home, so i'm lookin to shred somma that dank ice coast shit

No clue about park but they're expecting 15-18" of freshhhh overnight so I'd recommend gettin down there ASAP to do some real skiing tomorrow

I want to head over tomorrow sooo bad but an already 3 hour drive+18 inches of snow=waiting a day or two.

I'm heading down to hv tomorrow morning at like 7. Cannot wait. First real decent snow fall in a longgggg time

haha same here! my buds and I are getting up around 7 and haulin' it down to hv as fast (but safely) as possible. It's a two hour drive for us

Drove up this morning it was unreal, the conditions were excellent. So much snow, we haven't had a snowfall like this in a while. You should definitely get down there ASAP.

Oh I thought we were talking about Holiday Valley. Been a long time since I skied at KB. Where are these legendary bowls?

The WNY back bowls are sacred, known only to a select few. By even mentioning them I'm breaking every rule set to protect them

I'll be at valley tomorrow with a light turquoise helmet, black coat, purple pants. Shout out if you se me I'll probably be riding alone

i'll be down with 7 other bros jan 6-8. hit me up if you wanna slay some powwww or some beers with us. girls are especially encouraged

They just posted the episode of the Tell A Friend Tour from Holiday. Purrdy short episode in comparison. Probably because there were only 2 reasonable features there. Sick skiing anyways.

Flat down rail next to a flat box. Down flat rail. Down rail with a donkey kink next to a closeout tube, small rainbow box and small flat rail, down flat tube next to a cannon rail. Small dfd and tiny flat rail. A 25 footer and a 35-40 footer next to a 10 footer for jumps

Gonna be at kissing bridge on Sunday. Coming from Canada land. Anyone gonna be there. Be cool to ride with locals. Ill be filming too

i know it's a little unrelated but this thread gets a lot of action...

can anyone give me the scoop on holimont? never been there. looks like i can buy a ticket but it would hurt my pockets a bit, so i'd want to make it a good day of filming. usually a good park?

Holimont is only open to the public on weekday, and there's no night skiing. Their park is just a bunch of small hits in a row. There's a few small jumps, and several decent rails with ride on lips. It's good if you're not looking to get better, but just to mess around for a bit.

*haven't been there this year. Not even sure if it's up yet. But the park hasn't changed in 2-4 years.

And Mattie, I'll probably be around. Blue coat, grey pants, yellow gogs. There's not much of a skiing scene at KB anymore unless you're 15 years old. Everyone moved to better places, or skis at Holiday Valley.

Does anyone else think that the Donkey Dick next to the closeout tube at Holiday on Foxfire is a bit ridiculous? Because it has such a sharp angle at the donkey dick, I haven't hit it yet but it looks a bit sketchy. Anyone wanna verify.

Meh I didn't think it was bad. It's a little aggressive to be honest, but nothing that isn't to hard to handle. I would say the down-flat tube after that is worse off and more sketchy.

Thats actually what I was talking about. The park looked really nice on friday, but it kinda sucked sunday. Anyone have any idea if they're doing a complete rebuild after the thaw? If so what's it looking like.
