Is it just me.. or have I not been watching enough soccer lately, but has there been alot of set piece goals in this tournament?
 
Ehhh i dunno if Id call it the best game. sure it was back and forth and there were lots of goals, but from what i saw, as far as the level of play goes it wasnt anything special. lots of mistakes, turnovers, etc. just a lot of slopiness from both sides. thats just my opinion though.

england are doing way better than a lot of people thought they would, just gotta avoid defeat against ukraine
 
oh, sorry. my powers of inference must be failing me. i agree. if anything spain's biggest weakness is that their short passing game is too good. teams know that they are going to do one thing and one thing only: try to pass the ball around them so they know that they can at least make that as hard as possible by putting 9 or 10 guys in the box at all times and spain wont try and do anything different to beat them
 
i wouldn't say a lot better, they're doing what they should do, just people usually have such high or low expectations that this is mind blowing for them.
 
football like this makes for the most entertaining games... goals... errors... the whole shebang. Not necessarily the highest quality football, but entertaining.
 
Was a class finish. Good old Man U duo up front, anything to keep Andy "I injured myself falling of a barstool whilst ordering 37 Jagerbombs" Carroll out of the team. (He was poor tonight bar his goal)
 
^fitzcarraldo, in my opiniona game is more entertaining when its two good teams playing their best, but i dunno thats just me
 
I feel sorry for Ibrahimovich, he is so much better then all of his teammates.He just effortlessly passes 1/2 English players before giving a nice pass.

And he had so much drive and commitment.

It's retarded. I woke up early ran to my TV and looked for like 5 minutes wondering if I was retarted or what.
 
Id love to hear a real passionate commentation of this. The Finnish one is snarky and sarcastic but not very high/spirited.
