This wasn't a good game at all, dude. Spain is a fantastic team, they did play very well, but a good game would've been a closer contest. This score is embarrassing for the Italians. They didn't deserve a loss like this.

pretty similar game as the italy/germany game.
after a more or less "open" initial phase, a team scores twice on nice goals. the other team tries to get it going, but is now faced with 10 defenders and eventually runs into counterattacks.
thats it. lame game. i dont like how spain gets his cock sucked now when they are showing no humbleness at all after winning against portugal only in PKs. luck is a big factor and it showed. even as a germany fan, i would have like to see balotelli win it. he played well on a bad team.

i thought the game was actually really good until motta got hurt. both teams were looking to play and try and score. spain didnt just hold possession and dominate, italy had their share of the ball too and had some good chances just as spain did.
really, i dont know how you can say spain sat back and played with 10 defenders after scoring. there were maybe one or two times they had all their players behind the ball but to say they did it the entire time after scoring is a bit much, no?

10 defenders was a little exaggerated, but obviously, you know as a team what your priorities are in this situations. i have no problem with it tho

the biggest thing that made me happy about the final isn't that spain won, it's that italy lost.
And not only did they lose, but they were humiliated. Honestly, that was one of the worst performances I've ever seen by any team in a final. I think spain should schedule some matches against Germany, the Netherlands, England, France and even portugal again just for the sake of giving us a decent match to watch.

What do you want, 20 minutes in Italy lose Giorgio Chiellini due to a knee injury. And he is one of the best defenders in the world. Also know as the "Italian Wall".
And then in the 56 minute Monotolivo get's subbed for Motta. And he pulled a hamstring soon after coming on. That was just cruel.
Italy had 10 players left from that moment on. And in the dying moments of the game Spain just overrun them.
I no way did Italy play horrible, they just didn't play the same way as they did against Germany or England.
