Title says it. What are your thoughts after watching it, what tricks did you enjoy the most, overall rateing, pretty much anything goes.

10 minutes in. Personally I hate it, it's over edited to the point i'm not enjoying the skiing. Hoping it will get better I guess

For those who have seen it, does it feel like a super long B&E show or like an actual ski movie? And what's the sound track like?

Just finished, skiing is great but as I said before it was edited way too much for my personal taste. For only $10 its worth watching

wat the fuck!

Three times iv downloaded it and when I go to click play it just says downloading again.

What am I doing wrong?

Overall, I liked it a lot.

The skiing itself was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for, not let down whatsoever. Great to see THall back at it, really enjoyed seeing him go to work. Gotta respect that man's drive and passion.

I thought Henrik's segment was pretty much mindblowing. He's gotta be in the conversation for best park skier/jibber on the planet in terms blending tech tricks, creativity, and a unique style. At different times I've found his style to be a little bit too contrived or forced, while always still being a fan so to speak, but I think he's settled into it and "found" himself as a skier as corny as that might sound. Just can't stress enough how much I enjoyed his shots in this movie.

I'd say typically I like watching Phil more, but not so much this go around. I still loved his skiing, and appreciate his approach to skiing and looking at features (which I think has really rubbed off on Henrik for the better). I was pumped to see him toss a BC kang flip, as that's something a lot of people have sort of held over the guy's head. Don't know if it's something he consciously set out to do to silence the critics, but either way, it's good to see him progressing still.

I have to say this though: I really, really, struggled to watch Phil's part due to the editing and post-production work. Almost every shot was manipulated in some glaring way and for me I found it distracting and actually took away from the quality of the footage itself. I'm not someone who criticized the B&E show for that like many have, but I thought it was way too much for a full movie part. The colors, the warble....just....everything. I appreciate the creativity, the effort, and the desire to do something outside of the typical ski segment, but personally I think his skiing stands up on its own and it was unnecessary. I was relieved to discover that really only his part was cut like that, because 30+ minutes of that and I woulda had to stop watching.

So, overall, great flick, more than worth the $10 digi download cost, no regrets whatsoever, but I really wish Phil's part had been edited a bit more traditionally, and maybe that version of his segment should've been a re-edit extra on the dvd.

Don't know that I have a fav trick or shot....I love Phil's rodeo stales, and Henrik stomps a BC butter dub ten that was ridiculous, but truthfully there's too many WTF moments to mention them all.

BUY THIS NOW.

Intro: DOPE as FUCK. Planet Rock or whatever it's called, just a fresh ass old school hiphop track that I dug and fit the cover art and theme. 10/10

Soundtrack for Phil: was almost exclusively RZA (or some incarnation thereof with others, ala a Gravediggaz track) whom I like a lot, though I didn't love the individual song choices. So, I'd say 5/10 for his part.

Tanner: You guessed it, Reggae dubplates. If you like that sort of music, you'll dig it. I'm a fence sitter for reggae in general, especially newschool reggae, so it didn't do a whole lot for me, though one of the tracks I did like quite a bit, and overall the songs fit his part and his vibe, so I'd say 6.5/10 for me.

Don't remember the Friend's song...I think I liked it alright.

Henriks part: 2 old Nas tracks (I think off of Illmatic) I wanna say one was NY state of mind, could be wrong, but definitely songs I knew and liked. Third song another Nas track, newer, a couple years old I think, the one with his dad and him shouting out the blues and whatnot. I liked the songs fine, nothing you wouldn't expect really, so maybe a little too predictable all around. But, compared with the rest of the tunes in the flick, I probably liked this sequence the best (probably tied to the fact that his part melted my face). So, 8/10 for me.

I can not agree with this more, this is the exact feeling i got from the movie. There are tons of EPIC shots that just amaze me, but I did enjoy Tanners and Henriks part more then B even though i am a huge fan of his skiing. The editing in the beginning was almost off putting, but it just got better and better from that point on. Music wise i really liked it a great mix of reggae and hip-hop that stood out, and was really enjoyable. The filming was really good, some great angles and some second to none shots in there for sure! Its not so much of a B&E edit as a real movie which i really appriciated, even though there was alot of the life style feel of the B&E.

Worth every dollar spent, and I cant imagine not buying this gem!

Not personally a huge fan of the editing. Harlauts shots were all very [purposefully] choppy and sometimes sloppily put together, and Phil's 'trippy' effects, while somewhat innovative, though solely because no one else is silly enough to put them in a professional production in such quantities, were painful to the eyes.

However, the skiing is simply in a class of it's own, which shines through the entire movie. Incredible shots and urban, and Harlaut's doubles are simply artwork, validating the price of the movie within themselves.

Also B-Dog did a double.

Same here.. I had to watch the iPhone version, because iTunes wouldn't get the desktop version...

But the movie was sick! I would like to watch it in a nice quality though.

There was a double cork7 from Harlaut, at 29:25. And that was a sick one.

You missed one of the gnarliest trick of the movie!

wow. EDOLLO just changed the game.

phil and tanner had dope segments too. but henrik straight murdered it. best and most creative park skier out there hands down.

Downloading now. I will not read this thread until completion and viewing (I hate spoilers). I'll see you once my eyes have feasted upon this year's masterpiece of Inspired Media Concepts.

tricks - really sick. lots of gooders in there for sure

music- typical stuff, not bad

editing- why the FUCK did they have to throw in stupid ass colors and other bullshit in the segments??? especially phil casabon's part?
show the whole trick before flashing 3 different angles on it or cutting it out super fast?
I felt like the movie could have been made way sicker and a better watch if there wasn't so much bullshit color adjustments / weird dumb effects.

god DAMN that was good. was edited really heavily like B&E but that movie was perfect anyway IMO, just 3 of the best skiers in the game doing what they want and doing it so well. too many innovative things to mention, just buy it now if you have any interest in freeskiing. well done inspired

34 mins ^^^

so i cant get this thing shit downloaded....it shows the iphone version under PODCASTS in itunes but when i click on the desktop version it just downloads and then nothing...still not showing after 3 downloads WTF

im not doing anything wrong trust me

i downloaded it 3 times nothing has happened just keeps re downloading. Im on a mac.

Updated my software and shit and redownloading right now. So lame i want to watch!

Right in time for my ban lift yay.

Was not expecting much honestly, just kick back and watch me some regular tranny findin.. Oh boy was I wrong, the movie left me pretty much speechless. We should be more than thankful to have BnE among the skiing community. B's part was one of a kind, really digged the psychedelic theme but its true some shots were kinda screwed because of it.

10$ for a gamechanger movie, what the fuck.

We're all lucky bastard.

Inspired,
