I think the cheapest (and simplest) way to build slidy shit is to fiberglass some wood. You can buy a 20 oz can + hardener for about $40 CDN and that should make a whole lot. I used about 2 oz on my 12 ft by 1 ft box. But I needed to add another layer or two, cuz I dug into that really fast...
SO I here lexan is a good top rail material. any other good materials in case that one is pricy? i dont want pvc i want actualy materail that i can get at home depot. thanks guys good thread
hey i dont know if im retarded but i guess home depot only sells lexan in 10 feet by 100 foot rolls costing 37$. also with the polythelyne stuff too. anywhere were i can get just 8 foot crap?
I built a 10.5 ft flat rail out of 2x4. Currently epoxying, which is taking a bitch-load of time in this cold, humid weather. Next project I'm checking out that PVC piping...
that looks pretty sweet. I have now given up on epoxy because it has been sticky like fuck and not quite hardening for some weird reason. so I'm going to switch to pipes.
If have got some trouble with my pvc. Coz I sometimes get stuck in it or just got pieces out of it. You guys have that to and know what I can do about it?
