dayton. i cant afford that, and i realized i dont have the money to stay here in colorado. my granparents, uncles, parents, and sister all went to miami, so its really the go to decision. i also have many friends there. OSU has class sizes that are ridiculous, and after being here at CSU with 400+ class size, i want smaller classes, and a smaller campus. OU just doesnt have the credentials miami does. BGSU, kent, cleveland state, akron, toledo, they just dont add up. i mean they are good schools, but looking at acceptance rate, job placement rate, princeton reviews, miami is one of, if not the best public school in ohio.
i mean no hate to anyone, and im sorry if i offended anyone. i havent visited anywhere but miami, osu, and ou in ohio (also dayton but thats out of my price range). therefore everything i have said about those other schools is from online research. im sure all those schools are great, but as far as the tours and research ive done miami just seemed the best academic fit... yes im aware of the stereotypes. but a stereotype should not be a deciding factor on where to go to school. Because even though a portion of the school may be preppy rich kids, theres also a portion that isn't. I have 5 guy friends there that are anything from rich and preppy, and they say they love it and havent had a problem meeting similar kids.
