at my school there are people that ski 'normal' (no twins, no freestyle, no powder) and they think its gay because everyone whos 'COOL' at my school snowboards. a girl once asked me why i still ski...

when i was in high school i was in the same situation as you. 1400 kids, and i was the only person that skied. some kids would go on a ski trip or something like that, but they all suck. there were a couple cool snowboarders though

thers not even any real snowboarders... all the kids just all play lacross, video games, wear Von Duesh hats, talk about who sucked whos dick etc and act gerally gay. Im praying i get to swtich schools next year to holderness or another ski boarding school

hahah my school's something like that, except there's about 4 freeskiers, and I only know 1 of them. and uh I donno they're cool, except for one who's a prick. but we have a lot of kids who suck at life and don't understand skiing.

Example:

'Oh Colleen, what are you doing this weekend?'

-Skiing

'really? but didn't you go last weekend?'

-yup, and I'm going again this weekend!

'oh, but aren't you mad you're missing blahblah party?'

nope, I'm not mad I'm missing some kids' party, which will be broken up by the cops in a half hour. I'd rather ski and party up there then with the kids here. see, the kids herre are cool, but they get really old really fast. they're really involved in themselves.

There's some cool ppl who ski in my school..but otherwise..everyone blows..and boarders, but they don't have balls to do any cool stuff

Those who skiis at my school use carving skiis and skiis around 5 times in a season..it sucks

 
lotsa racers at my school (i live in ontario) but very few jibbers. less than 5 for sure

we have about 10 guys who ski and snowboard that keep it cool, the rest are all stupid, and think college is the only conversation topic

that sucks, my school is tiny and we have lots of actual park/freeride skiers, its cool, cuz the school ski trips actually have some kids who know how to ski

I'm the only skier in this high school, and my bro snowboards but he graduated so now I'm the only skier or snowboarder, wow... However, I just recruited 2 kids to start skiing and now they have cheap twin-tip setups and such... I'm trying my best, but it really doesn't bother me that bad. I just can't wait to get out of here... 6 months to go...

my school has like 3 or 4 real freeskiers then a few mogulers who also ski park, and an ass load of snowboarders

my school sucks i live in ontario so there r so many racers at my school. there r only 3 other newschool skiers at my school and they r posers

 
theres not many people at my school that ski, one other park person, a few 'racers' that suck, and a ton of snowboarders that all think theyre cool, but actually maybe only 3 can hit a jump.. this morning at the return from winter break they were all talking about how they went up, and i overheard one snowboarder talking about his trip. he starts saying that skiing is dumb, and how you cant do any tricks on skis.. and another guy was like no man, you can i guess, like twisters and helicopters and stuf.. hahahah

there are about 20 or so kids in my school who freeski..and most of them are pretty good, my school is sick, cuz all the snowboarders hang with the skiers and no one asks 'why are you still skiing' in fact i know a couple kids who changed from snowboarding to skiing...

0 jibbers in my school like 4 freeskiers and 12 racers...it sucks aussieskier3 is the only person in my school that i ski with..the rest suck and have salomon screams and 10 year old elans

 
this senior at my school is sponsored by liberty but i dont ski with him cept for like once a month. 1 kid races and does some freeskiing...hes ok at skiing but a cool kid. then theres this one guy whos sucked at jumps but could kill rails...his dad isnt buying him skis till march though...then theres a ton of snowboarders n a few racers. this one fag racers getting stls but he sucks. i dunno it sucks. the liberty skier is a senior n im a freshman so next year...no skiers. my school has like 2500 kids i think

my best friend skis, and then one other friend of mine who both go to my school. a good friend of mine in the next town over snowboards too, and he's cool. other than that, nobody else is good.

Theres only one kid at my school who skis regularly and he also snowboards. Oh and he thinks that back scratches are still okay to do. Hes behind in the times. Other then that i ride with boarders.

Theres 2600 people in my school. How can you possibly find out who skis, even if if the population of the school is 1400? Its hard. I think I'll just ski by myself! WooooooO

 
out of 2500 kids in my school... i know about 10 that freeride. about 4 that freeski and dont suck.

i got around 2000 kids and most of them are boarders. they never even heard of twins til i showed up. there are maby 30 kids who ski but they only go to the pokonoes like 5 tymes a year which are more hills than mountains. no newschoolers though besides me. some of the boarders aren't bad so their cool to go with. there is one kid who i play sax with who is a good skier but he's got his head up his ass. i'm gauna try to get him out with me this year and show him a thing or two.

 
I feel your pain. I went to high school with 2300 people in southern new jersey and no one had twin tips. I got one kid to get a pair and i got em doin a backflip but he like never goes. If anyone does go skiing they dont ski they board and they sucked.

there are like 4 really good kids from my school and a few more decent ones, and alot of ppl snowboard but there fun to ride with
