Ok guys I gotta tell you, this is is good but you won't notice any improvement whatsoever. I haven't fap since january the 2nd and yes it feels good to be able to do so but you are not going to turn into another man, as soon as february finishes you will be all horny as fuck and will masturbate the very same day, so no improvement for you, you just stopped masturbating for a month nothing else.
