2+mm long rod, sleeved, 9.5:1 compression ratio built block. Heads breath to 10k. Garrett GTX3586R T4 flanged twin scroll. Hits 17psi at 3800rpm.

That's awesome. I just recently entered the turbo game in the last year or so with my mazdaspeed3. It has been an incredibly fun care and a great learning experience. I wish I had the knowledge to venture into an engine build, but I'm just not there yet. I have about a year worth of payments left, then I have a "free" high-mileage car to toy with. I'm eagerly awaiting the release of the newest MS3, but I have always loved the STI.

So yea this happened Friday morning. I truly almost cried. Insurance will be taking care of everything. I am safe, the other driver was safe. No airbags deployed, no leaking fluids, no check engine lights. it still runs and drives.. although I only drove it a couple feet to get into that parking lot.

It was a combination of newly wet roads in the morning, on a downhill, me following too closely, and thinking the guy would have gone through the light. I do take responsibility, and its an awful lesson to learn. Looking forward to her return.

Estimated at 6 grand worth of repairs.. Was not expecting that, but they're replacing a lot of stuff just because they can and since they are around there.

Thank you jesus for insurance.

Nice to know that practical hood scoops are helping to cool down the compressed air that is shooting into the throttle body and inherently making the cars go faster.

Just got my snow tires put on, studded Nokian Hakkas, gonna be a beast in the snow...Now I just need some snow.

Sweet build! not a huge fan of the color of the wheels, but RPF1s are very common on my platform as well. Keep it above 100!

rpf1s are a great wheel. Light and great quality. Most people say they dont like the color in pictures but they look really nice in person. The have a certain flake in them that you cant really notice in pictures.
