I wasnt tryin' a bust a freestyle, but yours was super ill and tight. besides if I wanted to rhyme i wouldnt do it here, id go back to my studio and record my record there. see im a wigga and a playa and a pimp daddy ya know, i gots crazy lotsa money and the scattared bitch and hoe. but bring it back to the point of the orignal post, poorboyz bring the news about tourin coast to coast. searchin for the talent for there brand new video, untill they find me throwin down my phat switch rodeos. stop em dead in their tracks to capture me on film. success just passed you on the road and i am at the helm. thats 1 more trophy on my wall to complement my rhymes. i guess im just the greatest playa, in a playa hatin time.

I think poor boyz should have a up and comers video, with some of the younger, small time pros, who rip just as hard as the seasoned vets, but don't get much exposure. I think that would be a very progressive film, and it's open people's eyes as to the depth of talent in the skiing world.

ya... there are definitly some nasty unkowns out there that are just waiting to get exposure. There are tons of small time movies (Focus, Spechul, PLE, and many others) that have small names that rip in them, I just think it'd be great to see a big company spend a little extra time to help progress the sport by getting the kids the attention they deserve.

i think thats what the smaller companies are for tho, to get a couple more less known skiers some exposure and help them progress on to the bigger movies in later years. and besides, it would probably cost to much and not be worth it for a company like poorboyz to make a 3rd video which would not sell as much as the bigger two. just my two cents

hers an idea, dont do that idea! dont impede on level 1's pool of riders, each company has their own core group of riders, keep it that way,

this year should be the year where shared footage comes to an end, where backconutry booters and urban rails replace park rails and tables, where comp footage is not in any movie, (except maybe sometihg liek 'gameshow' mdp did) it should be the year where not everyone hits the same rail in all the parts, the year where the yoiung guns are blown up, and the year level1 will surpass any other film company out there! that is if pbp releasses another rfa,

anyways iknow i have big hopes for pbp, level 1 , theory3, penguin milk (i think i purposely omitted matchstic, bceause i thoroughly dislike them) and the other companies that i forgot (i have never seen 2 track/pengoiun, etc. so i dunno what they are liek)

to be honest, I think that RFA was not that great. It was good, adequate, worth the money, whatever. But not as good as Propaganda or Happy Days. 1242 however more than made up for it.

Also, I hate when people say park footage and comp footage should be removed. I want to see as much of riders as I can. Now, maybe comp footage should be kept minimal, but a lot of times, riders step it up at comps, and that's what should make it into movies.

^ mammothis cool and all, but im predicting bermans next step is to eliminate all park stuff, looking at his movies it is basically urban hits mixed with park jumps and back country, this year i predict hew ill put together the ultimate movie, with urban and backcountry only, but thats just what im thinking, so east coast is still a big part of what he does, with all the handrails and all, this is just what i think.

i like to see park in movies too.. the best was, i forget what movie, but it was follow cams of turpin in the whistler park, and it would just go on and on.. SO dope to see the variety... but i like the other shit too.. so, i think most people are managing to keep a good mix of it all rigt now

i think poorboyz should accept footage from kids like us that ride, then create a section out of the best entries. It would take a lot of time, and therefore money, but it would be absolutely sick. Anyone???

 
ok. this is what we need.

-a new Royalty, cause that idea of a few riders with real diverse segments was awsome, def the best movie ever.

-more lines, less massive 200 ft jumps. noone has access to that kinda shit, its sweet, but i would like to see some more skate style shots of park lines like Pollards seg in royalty.

-going with the above, real low angles and fisheyes.

i think a movie with sweet editing and creative camera angles would bring a good amount of diversity to next years movies.

I would like to see a movie along the lines of Lame and Afterbang. jUst a super chill movie with lots of goofing around and insanely steezed tricks. Lots of fun shit and big backcountry booters. Basically a dope movie with guys who are steezed out of their minds and have a good time. Also, something like Lauri and Joni's sections in Video Gangs. And I read somewhere that Iberg was making a movie so hopefully it is like Royalty. Chillest ski movie ever made. Thuggin that shiznizzle like pimp

second, why the FUCK should park not be in movies? park skiing is what we do, i'm sic of it being 'uncool' or whatever. what is really so much better abotu BC booters?? it's more or less the same thing except they don't land switch much. what is so bad abotu park footage?

i don't buy PBP movies to see turns. ill buy a warren miller movie if i want to see turns
