i think pbp should make some new innovative rails and kinds of jumps. something we've never seen before. and include making it and the bails and shit in a special part or something

i would definetly love to see a movie...more along the lines of people not in it with sponsors...like kids who pay for everything..and dont get their skis free...more of a soul skier setup...i kno that sounds gay but...its my opinion..

the only park i like seeing in videos are lines. and not fucking 3 to 3 to 5 dash long/mike nick style.

filmers need to think about different camera angles, especially for backcountry kickers and ubran rails. shit gets stail when you see the same angle and setup in every persons part.

music! i know everyones got their own taste, but music in ski movies is terrible. pick something that goes with the riders style and can edited into the part properly.

last is location. im not going to get into it because i gotta go. ill just say that im tired of seeing the leaders of our sport building tiny little jumps that they have trouble rotating fives off of. i realize that backcountry jumping is just getting started and is still progressing.

this isnt very coherent, but i guess youll get the idea.

sometimes when im running water to wash dishes or something, i think about how lucky i am to have such simple access to running water and how some people will never know such a simple pleasure.

YES, more jackson 5. i really like 1242 because not all the songs are like the normal rock/rap or whatever you want to call it. there were some really old 'fun' songs in there. like boyds part, and kristis part

How bout poorboyz takes one from videogroove inline magazine and makes a battle my crew video with different like groups of skiiers throwing down their shit, and the winner gets like 500 bucks?

 
yep ill agree that in general the soundtracks are not that great in ski movies, every ski movie has a few good songs, 1242 had a great soundtrick until it reached peps part, that pretty much ruined the movies soundtrack, and the sounds and the me first cover...

why you ask?

well , lets start here, peps song, it is so unoriginial and sort of disgraced the song, i mean almost any action sports enthusiast would know it is rodney mullens one in rodney vs dawon rd.2, and that his part is like historical, then it was used in the matrix, it was unorginial (good song tho)

and the sounds, i really like that band, but they wer used in shakedown, 1242, and other smaller movies ive seen, its weird they were very much overused...

and covers... im not big on em especially punk covers in ski movies...

, and the angles shot, i really don't like many of the angles used sometimes, just because it doesn't show the whole trick, like a few close up angles are cool, but in general i really don't like closeup angles for jumps because you can't see how high he is going or the background, and i think the background plays a large role in the shots, and same with rails, i duno we are on the right track tho,

I would like to see a segment of up and commers, I think they have something like that in Ski Movie 2. You can organise a few days where anyone can come out and bust big and see if they can make the cut. Thats my two cents
