i dont know where to start. lets see.
throw all the snowmobiling and base skiing/jumping in the bonus features, after all, its a ski movie, for frig's sakes. and that kills two birds with one stone, because you never have any good special features. also, cut the narrations out completely, and as a whole, try to keep the athlete interviews limited to bonus features as well, rather than monologues in the middle of an hour-plus long ski movie.
hmmm. try and experiment with completely different movie formulas...not just themes...
keep only 'A' footage in the movie, and don't let segments get past one song long as a whole. although if done right, you can use two songs every once in a while (see DC's part in forward for the proper way to go about this).
also, stop stealing music and artists that have previously appeared in other ski movies, and come up with a consistently good soundtrack for once.
stop screwing over other film companies and pissing everyone off.
hire a talented team of editors. you always have great footage, but i'd swear you have a team of labouring monkeys, chained to their desks, that throw it randomly together.
keep the movie below 50 minutes long.
people i don't want to see in your movies: wendy fisher, brad holmes, nick mercon, jay quinlan...
people i want to see represented properly in your ski movies: vinnie dorion (he's still one of the best, give him the opportunity to show everyone), stian hagen (he is a sick skier. but only show his really good stuff please...), mike douglas (seriously, 7 after 7 after 7 after 7. im sure you can mix it up a little bit)...
ok, i got bored of typing. there are many other suggestions that i have, but you likely wont even listen to the few that ive listed here, so im gonna stop now.
good luck with the next film, but please...make some major adjustments.
