any1 esle longboard? post a pic of yours if you have one

DAMN. I love longboarding, Landyatchs are so sick. How does the drop down from the trucks work on carving? I've always wondered...

Good job getting the landyacht over the sector nine, thats a kick ass board, im getting a custom hand made one here in a week, pretty excited about it. Cascadia longboards in eugene is who is making it.

what setup do u have? i still have my loaded pintail flex three with randals and abec 11 strikers. still my favorite board ever for my conditions. you're board looks like a blast to ride though, and i'm asuming you prob have some nice hills to bomb, so how does it perform?

looks sweet. I dont longboard much any more, the only time i use it is when we are filming to get a nice smooth shot

i want the abec 11's. mine comes stock with 7's so that will be my next purchase. and being that i live right by the water we have all these huge sand dunes so its hilly around town

My friend has that exact one.

I have a different S9, and I put better trucks and wheels on (than the stock ones).

i just got an arbor bamboo pin...its been suuuper fun..i just started getting into it, but once you get decent you can ride out almost anything...so ive been havinga blast

quick funny story about longboarding. yesterday i was out longboarding and it was like 100 degrees here on the east coast. so i was riding around and i do this thing where if i see a low tree branch or other object, i'll get down and pretend like im getting tubed (i know it's stupid). so i'm going pretty fast straight towards this sign that was lower than i thought, so i go to speed check by putting my hands down, and i forgot how hot the pavement was and how fast i was going, and i actually burnt my hand like as if i touched a toaster. i made it under the sign but had a badly burnt hand as a result.

arbor hyrbrid to get around, rode my friends sector 9 tri lam for carving and such...till i somehow fell, got knocked out, and woke up in a helicopter...

havent really ridden since

sector nine wasnt even on my longboard shopping list, i have riden them and i really dislike the way they ride, plus they might be cheaper but your like buying mass produced longboards, whats that good for.

i have a sector 9 deck, 40 inches long, independent trucks, and 3 sets of wheels: pink gumballs with abec 11s, krypto classics with swiss ceramics in them, and powell peralta throwbacks with reds. sector 9 borads suck if you buy the whole set up as 1, but if you do a custom build, youre set to go, its dannnk.

Longboarding is for pussies who can't skate! JK, but seriously I don't see what's so great about longboarding, I'd rather do tricks and shit then just ride around all day....

^why dont u step the fuck off... saying that is like just skiing around is gay and u have to be hitting jumps and rails. longboarding is awesome u cant say that u dont have some activities that is less stressfull that your other activites its a great way to chill and still be active.

I have a sector nine like the one up there but it is shorter with a small kicktail, its the jam

ah the ignorance of someone who has never ridden a longboard. the main reason i bought mine was because i wanted to just cruise and carve a lot, and have something to do in summer when there's a flat spell. well i found myself riding almost everyday from christmas day (when i got it) until now. not only has it been the most fun i've ever had on pavement, it's also the best transportation for someone without a car, and gas prices so high. on an average day i probably ride around 5-10 miles, some days over 15. i didn't think longboarding would be that great around my house because i have zero hills, and i really wanted to bomb and carve, but i've found other ways to have fun on it. just the other day there was one of those portable speed check things for cars, and i went down the road on my longboard. it was a totally flat street, and not too well paved, and i still managed to get up to 27 mph. i could keep going on about how great longboards are, but then i'd ruin the whole riding experience. go buy your own and experience the joy of cruisin

idk about 27mph on flat ground....i was crusin down a hill on my longboard and only got to 22...and the hill was pretty big and steep....

my roommate has that board. i've got an original s9 pintail. I was out with one of my friends riding a massive hill yesterday, and the crazy fool got clocked around 55. I would probably die at 55. But he's on the birdhouse team and I'm not.

sector 9 sidewinder perhaps?

my friend has that and it turns so sharply cuz of the 2 kingpins. its so fun and easy to turn

i swear the thing said 27. who knows how accurate they are, but next time i see one i'll def try to take a picture. i don't wanna like brag but i have really strong legs from numerous other sports so i push really hard. if i can find another speed checker i'll try to take a picture and then post it in the longboard cult

I tightened my trucks a few weeks ago because im going racing down some hills. I made the mistake of trying to ride my friends Sector 9 down a hill and holy crap I got some major speed wobble

yep thats it. it turns relly shaprly, it's soo much fun for juat cursin around town, getts a little bit sketchy on the big hills though. mine actualy has blue wheles, but other than that same thing

landyachts are sick my buddy has pretty much the exact one uhave and he let me take it for a spin.. so sick if i can get some money i want to pick one up
