New jiberish edit anyone?

meh. I usually really like the edits they put out but this one not so much. Too much bang for me to handle.

and i didn't think that edit was as good as the other ones. this one had a more idk relaxed? style? the other ones make me want to get up and go ski now, but this one was just boring it seemed
 
my fave trick in the edit. they way he does it weird though, it doesnt flow like other peoples.
 
Unreal! That is some of the best park skiing I have ever seen in an online clip. It is like a mini movie with almost no filler!

I had to watch it 3 times in a row to gather how ridiculous that was
 
I love that they continue to pump out retardedly steezy content like this for us. Such a legit brand.

That edit was absurd and I am going back for another look to figure out what just happened because I think my brain just melted during that Wallisch, Harlaut, Mango, Norman, Hornbeck rail seggy at the end....
 
That is not the actual video because it was altered by ESPN. They yanked out the 3rd song that AJ chose for this edit. I understand their stance because it had a lot of swearing and violence in the song, but we are working on getting the original up so you can see what AJ came up with. The editing was timed immpecably well with the 3rd song and it EXPN must have had issues with the swearing in it, but we are going to take it offline until it gets sorted out. The original is AJ's artistic work and his creativity deserves to be seen uncensored.

Sorry for any inconvienences and we hope to have the original up soon.

^you have no idea how explicit the last song they chose was...if espn used the original they would have to cut out 2 or 3 words every one or two lines in the song...thats a little much.

I know how explicit it was, and I asked expn to let me know if it was going to be a problem....no one told us anything. AJ chose that song because it was how he wanted the edit to be represented, and it was misrepresented by expn when they dubbed another song over it for censorship. Don't get me wrong, it was super explicit and definitely violent. But when we work with an artist to create video content for our brand, we give them 100% creative control over that edit. If expn had a problem with that song, they should let us know so we can get it fixed or try and work out the problem. When it is changed without any notification to us and just put online, then I get upset. It has to do with branding and we put a lot of time, money, and effort into creating unique content for you guys. When it is altered without consent then I think the artist who created that has a right to be upset.

I understand expn's stand on that type of music but I just would have liked to have know how it was going to be handled before it was thrown up online. expn has been a great partner and I think this was just a communication error. It will be resolved and the original will be available for viewing once that is taken care of.

But Scooter, I expect you to understand the role of censorship in art, and quite frankly, I am surprised at your stance.

I don't think it's that explicit. Every 2 or 3 words? sure it's offensive and there is a good amount of swearing, but it went well with the editing and just worked.
