New bong thread

i feel ya, i went thru a half zip last week haha, but usually i try to keep it to an 8th a week since i got no money haha
 
Not meaning to start a flame war, but what were you expecting when you clicked on this thread? So far there has only been talk about smoking devices. For all you know people could have a medical reason for owning these. I'm just asking you to keep an open mind. I could understand this thread being more offensive if the thread title was misleading.

Anyways, back on topic. Any one have any nice slides?
 
hopefully picking up an ice pinch slide later this week being blown by my local shops blower. will post a pick when i get it

a slide collection made up of just salts would be pretty amazing, but hard as shit to get together haha. and super expensive, but def do it and post pics.
 
Salts arent tooo pricey compared to other heady bowls, the salt snappers usually 100. Yeah actually pretty pricy haha, but damm is it worth it. My dream is to have a couple salt slides and a nasty salt dry. I could probably bust three nuts a minute looking at salts.
My local headshop has two salt bubblers, a salt/snic collab dry, this monster salt dry, and like 6 chillums. Along with probably 10-15 snappers/bowls. Its so unfair looking at them knowing i cant afford one. sighh
 
last semester we had a volcano that we sold because we couldnt justify having it. now we have a vapebros pencil sharpener type. Do you know what weed is supposed to taste like? Its not supposed to taste like soggy pop corn...
 
First our specimen posted an argument that directed a negative vibe towards the weed loving clan we came to call The Ganjis. The Ganjis do not like negative vibes for they are a peaceful clan. Since they are so selfishly inclined with knowledge of their ganja ways they decided to completely own the poor ganja hater with ripe knowledge of bongs and cars. In fear the poor ganja hater resorts to petty insults that do not have any relevance to the argument.

honestly though i just love smoking blunts not that you get higher or less high but i just like smoking them and rolling them.
 
Also, one thing about expensive glass. Stop thinking in terms of pure functionality. It's art. What good does a painting do? It makes the room it's in look nicer. Some bongs are beautiful. It's the same thing as buying an expensive painting.

im looking at getting one of the most simple gear bongs u can get they have them at my head shop for 68 it would be my first decent bong any suggestions or objections
 
What is simple gears? Whatever you do, get a glass on glass. I prefer straights because they clear quicker, but some people prefer beaker bottoms. My first was a squashed bubble bottom, shit fills unevenly and is harsh. I would assume bubble bottoms are the same.
 
Ok so ive been smoking for a couple years. mostly out of shitty pipes and little hand held bubblers. Now a bong gets you higher, but if your going to spend 200+ why not just get a vap.
 
Actually, vapes tend to be cheaper. for example the volcano is generally considered the best bag vape on the market and it is only 500. the silver surfer and da buddah are very high quality whip style vapes. 250 and 150 respectively. the reason why people spend so much money on glass is because it is a different experience. Clearing a bong is much more satisying than sucking on a whip.
